It is like the aspiration of a great path practitioner who does not benefit. People like Garuda, who hold the mantra of Garuda, also do not benefit the activities of poison, etc. This is called pervasive contradiction. It is not so, because it becomes a result from aspiration, therefore, the person is beneficial, which is called reversal. Whatever differences in people, the dharma that arises from aspiration in terms of appearance, nature, and behavior, is preceded by the blessing of a person with appearance, nature, and behavior. For example, those who serve the king, who have respect for the king's appearance, etc., produce differences in results from the kings. The difference in the result of the nature of pacifying poison, etc., is also the difference in people, the dharma that arises from appearance, nature, behavior, and aspiration, which is called the reason of result. If one also thinks that a person is beneficial, then, if the person who composes the mantra also admits that it is beneficial to achieve the result from the mantra, then the difference of the person is established, having uncommon qualities. To whom does the uncommon quality belong? Thus the words are arranged. Why? Because they only have aspiration, because only the aspiration for the difference in people's appearance, nature, and behavior does the activities of poison, etc. Therefore, even if the mantra is made by a person, it does not depend on its proximity, it does not depend on the proximity of the difference of the person. It is not by nature, that is, the essence of the entity does not produce the result, but it is with dependence on the proximity of the difference of the person. If the person, that is, the mantra maker, has uncommon qualities, then how can those who lack the difference of power, etc., also perform the tantric mantras? Therefore, it is said to whom, etc. The teachings with mantras are the tantras, and their mantras are any tantric mantras. Some people, that is, now.

However, to do some unprecedented mantras, that is merely the power of those (mantras). However, those (mantras) rely on, those (mantras)' author, the extraordinary person, is the main one, the master. Power is ability. Why? Because the reason he speaks can be established. Because following the reasons shown by the main one, such as those vows. It should be understood that the main one is pleased and will also bless the mantras he has created. Like "for ordinary people" etc., it is to explain the meaning of the previously quoted verses. The so-called "ordinary person" is an ordinary person. Some people, by understanding the characteristics of the mantras of Akashagarbha (Nāma-ākāśagarbhasūtra) etc., and reciting the mantras themselves, will do some deeds of pacifying the characteristics of poisons etc. Those are not special either, because drinking alcohol etc. has been explained. Similarly, other those who want to appear as powerful mantra authors are also like this. Unlike the extraordinary person, like an ordinary person, he will become empty and will also become the author of mantras. Thinking like this, it seems that a person with power has not achieved it. No, like "no" etc., it is to answer: a person without power is not the author of mantras. Those ordinary people, those who recite the mantras of Akashagarbha etc., are able to recite the mantras because they are blessed by the mantra author, the powerful one. To illustrate this, it is said "what he did" etc. The vows made by a person with extraordinary power must be followed and guarded. His oral instructions, that is, the vows of the oral instructions of a powerful person, if taken seriously, can recite mantras. Among them, what transcends (a certain limit) and can generate actions such as entering the mandala, that is the vow, and the rituals other than that are the oral instructions, these are the vow and the oral instructions.

is the difference. If you want to know how to understand it, it explains "that," etc., because for a person who does not rely on the vows and oral instructions of the powerful, there is no ability to recite mantras. The reason is that it explains "to him," etc., that is, to him, that is, the mantras made by the Mahayana person, meditating on its form, etc., that is, thinking about the form of the powerful person, etc. The words "etc." include thinking about nature and behavior. Because it is completely combined with Akashagarbha, etc., that is, to make it enter. Because it is so, therefore, blessed by him, that is, those blessed by the powerful person, the recitation of mantras made by oneself will arise, and it should be understood as such. In addition, if someone says that the one who understands the tantra is the one who makes the mantra, then the excellent person is accomplished. Because the mantra maker who is so powerful and understands the tantra is also due to his own unique ability that is not shared by the person who does not understand the tantra. Because the mantra blessed by the person can produce fruit, therefore, the mantra made by the one who desires fruit is produced by cause and condition. What is done by the person is what is blessed by the person, the mantra is not constant, but it is made. Even if it is made, it is not independent of the person when producing fruit, therefore, in order to show the two meanings, it is said that "what is done and what is done by the person should be said." It is explained by "what is not done," etc., that is, the constant mantra of the Vedic statement does not have the characteristic combination of being pronounced by the action of the throat, etc., because the constant is excellent and cannot be done. Because there is no fruit without combination, therefore, because of the desire to produce fruit by combination, the mantra is made.
