Having a state, that is, having a state of being in human effort. What is called "no difference from this" refers to the order of worldly letters, such as eliminating poisons, and the order of Vedic letters, without difference. Not done by it, even if it is not done by humans. What is called "in all," that is, for what is done by humans, the reality of cause and effect should also be clearly understood. Why is this so? Because, so-called "those," etc. So-called "those" refers to the nature of cause and effect. If it exists, then it exists, which is following; if it does not exist, then it does not exist, which is ceasing. Because they have these characteristics. Even if human effort and the following and ceasing of the Vedas already exist, if they are not considered the reality of cause and effect at that time, then everything will be abandoned. Apart from following and ceasing, if it is necessary to state other characteristics of the reality of cause and effect, then the non-existent Vedas, etc., together with human effort, will also not become the reality of cause and effect. Because other characteristics of the reality of cause and effect do not exist. If the characteristics of the reality of cause and effect are the same, then the order of worldly letters is considered artificial, while the order of the Vedas is considered non-artificial. At that time, all the realities of pots, etc., that manifest the fruit will also become artificial and non-artificial, and impermanence and permanence will be obtained. Why is this so? Because, so-called "in those," etc. Because for pots, etc., it is also possible to have such discrimination, like the sound of the Vedas. Just as human actions make the existence of the sound of the Vedas manifest, so it is for pots, etc. If the sounds of the Vedas, etc., also have differences, by what will it be considered non-artificial, while pots, etc., are not? Because there is no difference, it is said that if it is merely following human actions, then there will be no difference at all between pots, etc., and the sound of the Vedas.

It is not that there is not. If it is said that seeing others uttering sounds precedes the utterance of the sound of the Vedas, therefore that is the difference between them, then those "also" etc., also refer to the actions of potters etc., such as the prior creation of pots etc., that is, creation. Seeing beforehand is the meaning of "after seeing". Others, that is, the potters etc. who appear later, it is not that the author is not shown. Those are also the same as sounds. Among them, if it is reasonable to say that those who have a prior conceptualization that is indicated by others are not made by humans, then pots etc. will also become non-human-made. If it is thought that the words of the Vedas are not made by humans because the maker is not remembered, then that conceptualization also exists for pots etc. For example, the maker of some pots etc. is not known, and the sentence should be constructed like this: "For whom is the maker not known?" For pots etc. seen after a very long time, their maker is not known. Therefore, if the following of human actions is the same, if the sound is not made by humans, then all pots etc. will be considered unmade, that is, it will be determined that "all pots etc. are not made". Just as the sound of the Vedas is not made by humans because the maker is not remembered, if it is thought that some pots etc. whose maker is not remembered are also not made, then that is not the case. Therefore, the order of worldly and Vedic letters should all be understood as human-made. Why? Because "very famous" etc. are mentioned. For those things that have very famous causes and effects, they are those that have very famous causes and effects. That which has very famous causes and effects is also it, and it is also a thing, which is a special summary. Those

Any dharma of things follows its own cause and follows its cessation, not exceeding these categories. Therefore, all sequences of letters follow human effort and follow its cessation. Because what is done by a mantra person is the same as ordinary people, there is no difference. What are the same? Those called "orderly practitioners" refer to the name "mantra," which are those who practice the sequence of letters. What is uncommon? It is knowledge and power. Among them, knowledge refers to the complete understanding of the sequence of letters that can accomplish the desired result. Power refers to the ability to accomplish things as desired. Why is it uncommon? Because it mentions "for others" and so on, because ordinary people do not have knowledge and power. If one explains by saying "if" and so on, even ordinary people can use this sequence of letters to destroy poison and so on. If it is not like this, then if one can understand this distinction, one can understand and strive to understand the ability of the sequence of letters to destroy poison and so on in the same way as understanding the distinction, but in reality, it is not understood in this way. Therefore, this sequence of letters called "mantra" is essentially like this. Even if one admits that it can produce results through research, there are many extraordinary people with special abilities who can see hidden people, that is, there are people who have mantras, power, its accomplishment, and knowledge of its accomplishment. Even if one admits that it can produce results essentially, one says so. Practitioners, in order to achieve excellence, want to accomplish things through mantras, so they create mantras. Therefore, it is said in the verse: "Knowing the mantra of knowledge and power, the uncommonness of the orderly practitioner." From the difference of characteristics, arise
