It is like some of the present Svātantrika-Vikalpas. To say, "That which is to be expressed by the sound of desire is also only following desire" is the reason of nature. The so-called "measuring sound is falsely imputed," here, because it is in complete accordance with perception, inference, and scripture, it is indicated by the sound of measurement. Therefore, the three, such as perception, are also mentioned. The so-called "having a rabbit is known as the sound of the moon," didn't the teacher show that it was established as the sound itself when he gave the example? Why, even if there is no appearance, is that thing said to the sound? If someone says and so on, that is non-existent. Because this one example that contradicts appearance does not exist. If all things have appearance, then even when prohibiting what is to be said that is not appearance, it is possible to contradict appearance. The example is stated for the sake of approximate illustration. For example, the so-called "cooking" is said to be cooking by the power of possibility, even if it is not an obvious dharma. Although it can be changed in this way, it will not become uncommon, and so on. Regarding the prohibition of "having a rabbit is called the sound of the moon," what is to be established is that what is to be said by the sound of the moon is the dissimilar side. As previously stated, everything should be said with the sound of the moon, and if that is the case, then the reason "because it exists" will be established on the dissimilar side. If there is doubt in the similar side and the dissimilar side, then it is uncommon. As long as all things exist in the state of arising, then it is that which all things have the state of arising, and all things having the state of arising is synonymous. The so-called "for others" refers to the sign of being made, and so on. Therefore, here too, "If it cannot be established by appearance," means that if being made, and so on, have the same characteristics, then it will become unconfused contradiction, at that time, "having a rabbit is not the moon" This statement is also related to the sound of desire.

The very desire to express is not proven by fame, because there is no dispelling doubt about this either. What is proven by fame also exists. What does that existence do? It is said, for example, "for the object of inference," and so on. Therefore, the sixth case, the beneficial to it, and different words, etc., are not of definitive meaning, and should be connected with this. If asked why, it is said, for example, "the speaker wishes to manifest," and so on. Others think that from the combination of the sixth case, such as "the cow's cow-ness," there exists a different universal. From the combination of the beneficial to it, such as "horse-ness" and "cow-ness," there exists the reason for expression and knowledge. Similarly, in the combination of the beneficial to it, such as "the son of the one with a nearby cow," the relationship of the son and the possession actually exists. From the different words, such as "trees" and "trees, etc.," there exists a number that has become an object. Similarly, from the single word "tree," there exists a single substance with branches. If it were not so, how could a single word without reason exist for many forms, etc.? "Existence itself and contradiction," etc., from the combination of the words of the possessive, etc., the existence of the possessive, etc., in different ways is not proven, and because it is proven, the sixth case of cow-ness, etc., is not proven. And, from the similarity of the sound base of the genus, the genus is not without difference from the substance, because the genus itself does not exist, so neither is reasonable. From the combination of the single word "tree," etc., a single whole with branches is not proven, and from the combination of two words, etc., it is not the many themselves, and if it is proven only from the sound, then everything of everything will be proven. For example, "having one moon itself," etc., this is the establishment of the treatise that makes the commentary on the door of reasoning. What contradicts this also contradicts fame. "Thus, not a Dāḍrika tree." This is the Sutra, and the explanation of this is "not a Dāḍrika tree." Therefore, if it is actually proven, then for the one with a rabbit it is also said that there is the moon itself, and if it is admitted that the object of the reason for the moon itself exists in the place with the rabbit.
