If it is said that it is not seeing because one has forgotten to grasp it at that time, then the meaning of necessarily grasping is also without result, because this is obtained by the very sound of clarifying. If it is not so, if, like the opponent, the counter-opponent also, at the time of stating the establishment, the sign is determined without words, and if it is not completely forgotten to grasp, then the very act of clarifying becomes meaningless. The term "even if not seen by oneself" means that even if the establisher is not certain by stating the establisher. The term "seen by others" refers to those who state the establisher. The explanation of this is that "what is known from the body by others" is what it means. If it is not mentioned in the scripture that it is known from the scriptures, then how is it obtained? Because the word "other" is mentioned, what is established in the scriptures is seen by others, because what is established by valid cognition is seen by both. The explanation of the term "some" is the Samkhya school. Thus, this statement is admitted: intelligence and happiness, etc., are not mind, because they possess birth. What needs to be shown is the counter-opponent, and what can be inferred also needs to be shown. Even so, the statement "what is established from the scriptures is not a sign" means that if the scriptures are valid cognition, then the sign becomes established through valid cognition, but the scriptures are not established. Therefore, possessing birth, etc., is established through valid cognition, because the scriptures are established through valid cognition. Similarly, happiness, etc., are also mind, and what is established through the scriptures is also established through valid cognition, because the scriptures are established through valid cognition. Therefore, in order to show that a valid cognition that harms the mind itself should not be stated, it is said in this way, "the realm of the scriptures," etc., referring to the scriptures that are acknowledged by valid cognition. For "established through valid cognition," etc., because the scriptures have become valid cognition, the meaning is established, because the valid cognition of the scriptures themselves does not harm the established meaning. Therefore, in order to state the establisher and the harmful valid cognition for the meaning seen by the scriptures, the scriptures are valid cognition.

Therefore, it is not a valid means of cognition. Therefore, please understand that what is established by scripture is not established. In order to fully examine and fully accept. Please understand that scripture is not a valid means of cognition. Starting from complete examination, etc., will be explained. First, complete examination by a valid means of cognition will occur, and from that examination later, acceptance, intention, and the word 'scripture' will be used. If scripture also becomes a valid means of cognition by its own continuum, then the object of complete examination by a valid means of cognition will not be determined, just like direct perception and inference. Please understand that it will become different by its own continuum. Because other valid means of cognition do not enter what is completely seen by other valid means of cognition, and because it is a determination of the object of complete examination, it is not a valid means of cognition. This is also not established by scripture; it is the occasion of 'sign'. It is not a sign established by scripture. Contradictory to scripture, for others, stating what establishes. Please connect it in this way. Thus, because it harms what is established by scripture, such as having mind, stating what establishes, because it harms scripture, will be pointed out. The valid means of cognition that proves the connection does not exist, because there is neither its own nature nor what arises from it. Contradicting this and promising, etc., contradicting scripture and promising, how will that scripture itself be? Thus, happiness, etc., being without mind, contradicts the Buddha's scripture, because mind is promised in the scripture. If impermanence, etc., which is established by scripture, at that time, the mind established by scripture does not exist, establishing it for others, then, contradicting this and promising, how will that itself be? Among them, the body, etc., will explain that itself, the person who abides there is the author of scripture or the cause itself. If one promises something different from this, that is, if one promises something other than the mind that is famous in that scripture, which is without mind. Relying on abandonment is a branch of abandonment. Saying after knowing oneself means others.
