Thus, by the cause of arising together, consciousness arises, and pleasure, etc., are its abilities. Therefore, it does not transform into an object, hence it is said, "also from returning." If there is no this, then what is certainly absent is returning. In "without holding an object," etc., suppose like blue, etc., when the consciousness of the sense organ arises, when pleasure, etc., become the ability, how is it that without experiencing pleasure, etc., only blue, etc., are experienced in some situations? Similarly, pleasure, etc., born from the sense organ and the object, are also experienced only by consciousness. In this way, it becomes possible to understand that the abilities of pleasure, etc., are different from blue, etc. Even if the different abilities are determined, there is no contradiction in understanding the ability shared with the object. Because abilities can be clearly seen in each of blue, yellow, etc., therefore, abilities do not contradict each other in the aggregate. This is to say that "each" etc. is said of individual blue, etc. If it is admitted that only pleasure, etc., are experienced, then "admitting" etc. is also said. "Without understanding" means without grasping. In this way, "from this there is pleasure, etc." means that from this there is pleasure, etc. In "when the sense organ knows the object," etc., suppose the sense organ cannot know pleasure, etc., it means that when the sense organ knows the object, it cannot know pleasure, etc. "That also" means pleasure, etc. It means the consciousness of the mind whose nature arises from self and the possessor of mind. "Born from the very object of the sense organ" means that it is born from the power of external form, etc., and its nature arises simultaneously with the arising of the consciousness of the sense organ. In this way, focusing on the object is also, without the consciousness of the nature born from the encounter of self, object, and sense organ, that is, without the consciousness of the sense organ, this is a synonym. "That consciousness" means the consciousness of the sense organ. The second mind is existence.
