Therefore, it is shown that there is no difference by the act of a person. It means that it changes from the act of a person. What is it like? It is like distinguishing from other well-known meanings. It is explained by "for example" and so on. Although the meanings desired by the king's diviners, such as the customs of Vara and the daughters of the gods, are not their meanings, etc. The word "etc." refers to the customs of other distinctions of the gods, and the second "etc." mentioned refers to other differences in time and place from the customs of Vara-da, etc. Other meaning analysts differ from what is well-known in the world. Vara-da is explained as an offering tree, the daughter of the gods is explained as a vessel, Dharma, and a drill. If the interpreter cannot understand the meaning from the pure distinction, he says "following after him," etc. After the interpreter follows the meaning of the distinction, some listeners will also understand. Thus, it is like the explanation of the words Vada, etc. Although the expressive words of the essence of nature are meaningless, in terms of meaning, this distinction is not made by a person, nor is it made by the nature of the word. Why? Because the understanding of the work of the expresser depends on the explanation of the person such as the king's diviner. What is it like? It is like another meaning. It is like distinguishing another meaning in the words Vara-da and the daughter of the gods. Although it is said that nature itself reveals the meaning, it is also reversed to say that it depends on the explanation of a person. Why? Because the essence of nature, such as the nature of fire, clarifies the meaning and does not depend on the explanation of a person. When a person himself speaks in his own name, such as this word is what I have added to this meaning, showing it to others, if it is said that the essence of the nature of the lineage clarifies the meaning, then the explanation of a person is unreasonable.

If, like the meaning interpreted by a person, the meaning of the Veda's language, which is self-existent, also depends on the instruction of a person, then whatever is interpreted by a person and used as a term, and whatever is self-existent, that is, self-established, both depend on the instruction of a person without distinction. If there is no other difference, then by what can one recognize that "this is interpreted by a person, and this is self-existent"? Because there is no cause for recognition. It is difficult to determine and recognize that one meaning of the Veda is self-existent, while another meaning of worldly language is made by a person, because there is no valid means to prove their difference. If there is a difference, that is, the self-existent Veda, what is it? It is that the valid means does not deceive, and it follows other valid means. If it is said that what does not change is made by a person, then this will be refuted by the following statement: "For extremely hidden meanings, no other valid means can enter," and so on. Depending on the instruction of a person, etc., the meanings of worldly and Vedic things have commonalities. Only by the difference that the valid means does not deceive, is it recognized that the sole object of the meaning of the Veda is not made by a person. Now, many worldly languages that are not deceived by valid means will also be recognized as not made by a person. For example, some other languages made by people, such as "Alas! All conditioned things are impermanent," etc., will also exist. Because it is in that form, that is, because it is not deceived by valid means, it necessarily follows that those are also not made by a person. If the worldly valid means does not deceive, but is still made by a person, then similarly, those Vedic sounds also have manifest meanings, and because they are made by a person and follow the valid means, the difference between the worldly and the Vedic cannot be seen.

Because the sounds of those who act are the mantras themselves, it is to show that they are made by humans. Moreover, it is said "other" etc. Like this, there is harm to the statement that "mantras are not made by humans," because contradictions are seen. Therefore, mantras are indeed signs made by some capable people. If the vow can truly exist, then mantras are tools for accomplishing fruits and can become causes. If It is explained by "if" etc., if those mantras become signs made by some capable people, then it is combined with what is going to be explained. Because the vow can truly exist, it is called a sign, but the sign itself is not a mantra. Then how is this sign formed? It is said "for the sake of others" etc., for the sake of others becoming the main thing, that is, for the sake of others becoming the most excellent, which means having love. Or for that purpose, or for some others, it will become the cause of fame etc. What kind of sign is that? It is said "like this" etc., that is, the one I made. How did it become? It has the cause of the meaning of manifest desire, for which language, the difference of the actions that the mantra reciter manifests desire, whatever has the nature of inviting and sending back etc., the entering branch of that cause exists, it is called that. Like this, it is in this order. When combining, it is when people combine well. This means that people want to combine with the fruit of manifest desire, so it becomes a sign. At that time, from the combination of mantras, at the time when some rituals are completed, the meaning of manifest desire will be realized. What is it similar to? Just like the sign made by the poet can accomplish the meaning, for example, some people make poems, and then say, "Whoever recites the poem I made, I will give this," from that person who recites the poem he made, just like the meaning of the vow can be accomplished. If things are power, then the nature of sound is like that.
