Initially, when entering, appearance and discrimination are regarded as one, and therefore naming is done. The knowledge arising from sound also appears clearly at certain times. In that case, even if the activity of sensory perception is not performed, it appears in that way. The Vaibhashikas and other schools assert that the past and future exist, and their knowledge is not based on objects that do not exist. Therefore, the knowledge of the past and future, which is based on non-existent objects, appears without any difference, and this reasoning is not established. The example is also devoid of the dharma to be proven, therefore, no matter who says "past" etc., it is mentioned. Connect the words "before and after" etc. to "the example of the past and future is not unestablished," meaning that it is not devoid of the dharma to be proven. The so-called "previous, later, and intermediate stages" refer to the past, future, and present occurrences. Even if one believes that there is no difference, it refers to even if one believes that things become one general entity. The so-called "because this is its basis" means that, in general, it is the basis of various differences. In that case, the general is many, not one, like space. Although space itself does not exist, if there are different bases, it will become many. Connect "those with minds all believe that they are different from each other," because it is admitted that there are many beings with the characteristics of mind. Similarly, for other things, in some ways, such as for form, sound, taste, touch, etc., differences such as increase and decrease are also admitted. Therefore, the Samkhyas also believe that things are different. In order to show that it is unreasonable for these to become the nature of the general, it is said, "things that are different from each other" etc. The so-called "if you think so" refers to the "thing" of the general. The so-called "other things are not the same as other things" means that even if they are related to other meanings, they are separated because of each other's characteristics. What is to be expressed.
