The so-called, when the view of the perishable aggregate is ignorance itself, it arises from ignorance. When it is merely a wrong knowledge, it is a distinction of ignorance. In either case, merely seeing selflessness is contrary to existence, and should be combined in this way. If asked, what is it like to see selflessness? The answer is, it is said to be contrary to ignorance. The so-called contradiction refers to the contradiction between ignorance and seeing selflessness. Taking the aspect of the object as a reversed way refers to the way of grasping the aspect of the object of ignorance. From that, it is in a reversed way. In order to show that the aspect of the object of seeing selflessness is reversed. First of all, the aspect of ignorance itself is also shown by ignorance and so on. The so-called suffering refers to the fact that one grasps the truth of suffering as the aspect of permanence. This is said to be an inverted increase from impermanence, because permanence is the opposite of impermanence. Since it is inverted from impermanence, isn't it clear enough to just say permanence? Why is it still necessary to say display? The answer is, it is said that permanence is spoken of from inversion, etc., in order to show that, that is, whatever permanence exists constantly, and the state of existing in the second moment, etc., whatever exists in other times, all those are considered permanent here, but not the constant existence itself, so it will be shown. The author of the treatise showed it by mentioning firmness from the meaning of permanence. Thus, just as firmness is spoken of in both cases, so it is for permanence. Therefore, those who say that it is not momentary also enter into the increase of permanence. The so-called happiness refers to the aspect of happiness, which is reversed from the aspect of suffering, from the contaminated and so on. Because contamination itself is suffering, the five aggregates of close grasping are suffering, and because of the other independence of cause, all other independence is suffering, so it is said.

What kind of reversal is it? Therefore, the opposite of this, the non-leaking, or the reversal caused by other causes, is the aspect of happiness. The word "etc." refers to abiding in the four truths, as well as happiness, I, mine, etc. Similarly, for the cessation truth and the path truth, etc., clinging to the aspects of non-cessation, non-peace, non-excellence, and non-liberation. For the path truth, clinging to the aspects of non-path, non-reason, non-accomplishment, and non-liberation. The so-called "arising from this and the nature of that" refers to arising from ignorance and the meaning of the nature of ignorance. With the words "after clinging, then pervasive craving," it clarifies the craving that is preceded by wrong clinging. The craving that arises towards the object of clinging is also the aspect of clinging. The object with the aspect of clinging, and all afflictions and near afflictions, are actually ignorance itself, so it also shows its nature. The so-called "craving is also contrary to meaning" means that the cause of craving—the view of self—is directly contrary to the path. It also shows that craving as a result is contrary to the ultimate truth. The so-called "because it is the reversal of the nature of the cause of suffering" means that ignorance and craving are the cause of suffering, that is, they have the nature of reversal. The author of the sutra said, "Because there is no antidote," how can this be established? Thus, through the path of selflessness, by abandoning afflictions, the cause of the exhaustion of future karma and body is established by valid cognition. Therefore, if so, "Because there is no antidote," because it cannot be realized by this, it must be excavated from the depths of the heart, so the word "therefore" is said. It will be declared in this way: "Because there is no antidote," this sutra cannot be realized.

The words "because of them" should be uttered from the heart. Therefore, the meaning of the words is that by taking attachment to self as a means of exhausting afflictions, it is said that liberation is merely the exhaustion of karma and body, because there is no understanding of the antidote side. Therefore, it is said that it is not possible, which is "because it is the impossible." Therefore, it is said that there is no understanding, but it is not the antidote side. If it is said that it is preceded by conceptualization, but is ignorant of its own nature, then the tone of the word "also" shows that both without omission are shown as the reason itself. Suppose it is both preceded by conceptualization and becomes ignorant of its own nature. Whoever does not know the nature of what should be abandoned is the one who does not know its own nature. It is not possible to understand that meaning, which is to say that if there is an uncertain attachment to anything, then there is doubt about meaningless things, and this should be uttered from the heart. For this reason, not examining the non-poison itself is showing the example of suchness itself. Thus, for whom there is no doubt about meaningless things, but there is doubt about meaningful things, then for him, it should also be applied with conceptualization, because applying to such a one is not without conceptualization, as has been said. Preceded by conceptualization, as has been said
