The term "ro" means that it is accomplished because it has been achieved. This is because there is no distinction of result superior to the entry of direct perception. The entry of direct perception itself is the result of cultivation and so on, that is the meaning. "If that exists, also," etc., in the state of ordinary beings, if suffering is manifest, then non-attachment will not arise. "That also before" means the state when it is not non-attachment. The cause of attaining non-attachment is precisely the absence of attachment to that, and the opposite of that is having attachment, thus the opposite cause is apprehended. "Is it an uncertain reason?" means that even for those who are free from self-grasping, non-attachment is apprehended on the object of seeing faults. If, in order to eliminate the fault of uncertainty, there is non-seeing of faults, it is said that relying on a reason with distinctions, which is possessing self-grasping, is therefore unestablished. In the state of liberation, not seeing faults in objects to be abandoned is itself unestablished. "The residue of desire arising in other objects" means that for a woman who is not free from desire, it is of the nature of arising. "For that woman also" means for someone who is free from desire in some aspects. "That itself is so" and so on is said. "The fault of the nature of arising self-grasping etc. exists" means that the fault of the nature of arising self-grasping etc., that fault itself is the cause of suffering. That attachment is so even when I exist. "The cause of self-grasping in my intellect" means the sixth case of the same basis. Therefore, quiescence is pervaded by harming its cause, and since that is not present here, the pervader is not seen. "Unestablished is also unreasonable" means that because harming the cause of grasping as mine, which is seeing as virtue, is cultivating suffering, therefore, harming the cause of grasping as mine itself is seeing faults, thus, regarding the self, the reason just stated is suspected of being unestablished.

That is the meaning of "whatever exists is not reasonable." Even if there is self-nature, the so-called "for the past, etc.," means that at what time, even if there was self-nature before, it will become the past, etc. Because at that time, what is not there is the separation from self-grasping. That is what is to be explained by "at what time, my," etc. Therefore, even if one sees merit and creates, it will eventually be filled with faults, but because one sees that there is no fault, it is universally present, and the opposite of this is also seeing faults. In this way, the second combination also universally makes people aware of the contradiction. Although it will change in that way, "attachment to me," etc., is to eliminate the doubts of others. If someone says, "The reason is not established," it is because the cause of the senses, etc., being attached to the object, the practice of suffering will harm my mind. In this way, the reason stated is not established, because the practice of suffering harms my mind, which is what was just said. The so-called "by which reasons" refers to "because even children, etc., have it, and also because there are faults," etc. The so-called "not because it is the cause of seeing merit" means that where there is the cause of seeing merit, that refers to many grains. The so-called "who does not harm whose cause," etc., this combination should also be said, "who does not harm whose cause, that is not closer to peace than it, for example, what does not cause harm to the root of scurvy, sweet, cool, and greasy, etc., is not like completely pacifying scurvy." The practice of suffering also does not harm the cause of the senses, etc., being attached to the object, my mind. The so-called "it is also not unestablished" means that in this way, my mind is not the cause of seeing merit, but it is the cause of being attached to me, therefore the practice of suffering does not cause harm, and that is also not unestablished. The so-called "excellence is also it, and other is also it" is because in a special collection, it is excellent.
