All things are similar in that they come from the way of seeing things, but the conceptualizations of impermanence and so on that arise in relation to that, although they are not the appearance of the thing itself. Although it is not the appearance of its own characteristics, it does not deceive the thing because the nature of impermanence and so on exists in the thing. The conceptualizations of impermanence and so on are merely called illusions because their own characteristics do not appear as their own nature. Even if one does not grasp one's own nature, it is like mistaking the light of a jewel for a jewel, which is a deception because the light of a jewel is related to the jewel. And illusion arises dependent on light. Conceptualizations of permanence and so on are not like that, although they come from the way of seeing things, they merely impose on them qualities that the things themselves do not have. This is shown by "that itself is not other" and so on. In addition, conceptualizations of permanence and so on are not not deceiving things, it should be combined in this way. Even if it arises from that difference, it means that it arises from the difference of meaning. Just as seeing the difference of the nature of impermanence and so on, completely abandoning the certainty of following it, grasping only a little similarity, because completely grasping the similarity of the characteristics that produce other similarities, so imposing other differences, that is, imposing stability and so on, just as from the light of a lamp, through the way of similarity to light, entering into the cognition of a jewel, this is like being deceived by the thing of the jewel, because through the intermediary it is also related to the lamp. Because conceptualizations are merely inverted meanings, therefore the objects of the meaning of conceptualizations have no function. Therefore, the statement "then, how do others function" is refuted. If so, then how can the object of the meaning of conceptualization be established as not common, having the characteristic of cutting off its fruit? Because it appears as if it is functioning, therefore, because that itself appears as functioning, it is said that it is like being different from things that do not function. Any of one's own

If it is said that because one does not understand impermanence, etc., of its own nature, therefore it is not its essence, then in order to completely abandon that, "its own nature," etc., are stated. For example, because of being related to something, the very nature of not possessing impermanence, there is not even a little of what is called impermanence except for moving things. However, only its own nature is the essence of impermanence, therefore the very moving thing is impermanent. Selflessness, etc., should also be viewed in the same way. If only its own nature is impermanence, then since it is not apparent to the discriminations, how can the discriminations such as "this thing is impermanent," "the impermanence of this thing" arise depending on its own nature? Therefore, "it is such," etc., are stated. "It" refers to its own nature. "Such" refers to the fact that the nature of being momentary in the essence of movement is regarded as the very essence of being momentary. Later, those who see the last moment will think, "This is impermanent," etc. If one wants to express without abandoning the other two differences, then one thinks that "this is impermanent" is the same basis. If one wants to express abandoning other differences, then one thinks, "This is its impermanence." Discriminations arise because their nature, that is, their own nature and the Dharma itself, is measured by the difference of opposition, following the imputed words. Multiple essences and single essences are multiple Dharmas and single Dharmas, respectively. "Different from them" is used to distinguish, that is, the multiple Dharmas such as impermanence and being made, and the single Dharma of impermanence of many things such as pots, and "the impermanence of a pot," etc., are also shown in different ways, that is, things are guided from within. Since discriminations are not grasping things, the multiple Dharmas, etc., established by discriminations are thusness, and therefore it is said that it should be shown. If so, then since one does not grasp things, will it become without support? They are also not without support,
