It should be understood in conjunction with the specific circumstances. The so-called "uncertainty" refers to the common uncertainty. What is in accordance with this side is in accordance with the uncertain side, that is, having remainder and so on. The word "etcetera" is to cover the situations where doubts arise about the similar side and the dissimilar side. If one refutes merely because it exists on the similar side but is not seen on the dissimilar side, then that is having remainder. The so-called "both" refers to refuting the establishment on one. The so-called "refuting the establishment on one" means that through the phrase "established on both," the opponent or refuter's view of being established on one is refuted. Because "established" has already been said, through the phrase "established," doubts of having remainder and being non-common are also refuted. Then, what gives rise to doubt? It has been said that doubts arise about the similar side and the dissimilar side. Having remainder is giving rise to doubt about the dissimilar side. Non-common is giving rise to doubt about both the similar side and the dissimilar side. Therefore, the teacher also only acknowledges the connection because certainty has been stated. If it is not like that, if the teacher thinks that there is no connection between what is to be proven and the proof, and refutes the dissimilar side merely because it is not seen, then, for the deluded, uncertainty is considered the greatest danger. Whatever states the dissimilar dharma, that promise is meaningless. It is corrected by that very statement. Where did the teacher make the promise? It has been said "for a while" etc., and it has been said in that way through reason. The so-called "what should be stated as both" refers to the similar dharma and the dissimilar dharma. To counteract what was something said? It has been said that the dissimilar dharma was stated, etc. Stating the similar dharma is to counteract the contradictory. If it is a non-seeing result, even if it is just a non-seeing result, that, refers to stating the dissimilar dharma. To show that, "if" etc. has been said. Through that, refers to stating the dissimilar dharma. If it shows that the reason is not seen on the dissimilar side, that, refers to not seeing.

Oh! Even without mentioning dissimilar dharmas, it can be realized, because the non-seeing of the nature of non-seeing is already established before mentioning dissimilar dharmas. Therefore, mentioning dissimilar dharmas is meaningless. If it is said that there is an illusion of seeing a reason in the dissimilar side, and dissimilar dharmas are mentioned to dispel it, then "therein" and so on are mentioned. The so-called "therein" is to be understood. Before dissimilar dharmas, the illusion of seeing in the dissimilar side, which is dispelled by stating dissimilar dharmas, does not exist. Like this, if illusion is a false cognition, then in the dissimilar side, for the nature of being made, etc., the true that does not exist, after dispelling it, the cause of the illusion of existence does not exist. Because there is no illusion, non-seeing is established. If that is true, however, will the statement of dissimilar dharmas cause one to remember non-seeing? Like this, for some objects, seeing is not understood and not remembered, because it is not a limb and not an establisher, so it is reasonable to establish remembrance and generate remembrance for seeing, non-seeing is non-seeing, and for it, it will be harmed by seeing a reason in the dissimilar side. If that does not exist, that is, if seeing a reason in the dissimilar side does not exist, then non-seeing is only established, and to establish it, that is, to establish non-seeing, stating dissimilar dharmas is meaningless. If it is said that the mere word "that much" of a non-observer, that is, mere non-seeing, means that there is no reason in the dissimilar side, such certainty does not exist, because mere non-seeing is the cause of doubt. Therefore, is the so-called "therefore" mentioned to generate certainty? That is not so, like this, because the word "does not exist" is not a valid measure, it should also be abandoned, that is only non-existent. Then, how can one understand "does not exist"? It is said: If one states the reason for how it does not exist, that is, if one states the reason for how it does not exist in terms of the aspect of the nature of the relationship, then one can understand "does not exist". If
