How can the power of desire, which is so strong that it is impossible to express desire and that cutting it off is of no help, be of any help? How can the power of the fruit be of any help to the fruit to be attained, when the fruit itself is of no help? However, if cutting off power is also helpful, then if power is helpful, then desire itself will be helpful, because it is only through that means that power can be helpful. The power of the fruit does not actually directly help the fruit to be attained, just like the collection to be attained by fire. If the fruit of the fruit produced by rubbing the rubbing wood can approach the power and provide help, then the help of desire to words itself does not exist. Because the desire to express is a universal cause. The above is the intermediate discussion. Therefore, the following uses words such as "therefore" to summarize. The so-called "fruit that does not arise without" refers to the result that does not arise without a cause. The reason for saying "dependent on it" is because it is dependent on that cause. If it is not dependent, then in the inconsistent aspect, there is also no reason to see, and it cannot be determined merely because the other shore is not seen. The wrong view of the omniscient will lead to failure, because his wisdom pervades all that is knowable. In order to illustrate this, it is said "omniscient" and so on. Also, why can't it be determined that it does not exist merely because it is not seen? Because it is said "some people are like this" and so on, referring to people who have seen similar situations before. In addition, due to differences in place, time, and behavior, the word "difference" is related to each word. Behavior refers to watering with milk, etc. Because it presents a different form from what was seen before. If asked what it is like, it is said "for example, myrobalan trees" etc., which is an example of behavior. The place and time will be explained elsewhere. The so-called "most of the time it does not appear that way" means that most fruits do not appear sweet, because most fruits appear astringent. That is

Since most fruits do not appear to be sweet, one cannot rule out the possibility that some fruits are sweet. Similarly, even if one does not see some who are without desire speaking, one cannot conclude that all those without desire do not speak. Therefore, one cannot infer greed and the like merely from the apparent uncertainty of words. Because of this reason, it is said that a speaker like myself, whoever, like me, possesses improper attention, can be said to be greedy. To illustrate this, "those born of greed" and so on are mentioned. So, what is it? It is said "self-view" and so on. "Self-view" is the view of the aggregates. Improper attention is the inverted clinging to permanence, pleasure, and so on. This is a summary of words in a parallel relationship. Or, "self-view" itself is improper attention, which is a summary of words in a limiting relationship. At that time, the word "also," if one limits it by saying "a speaker like myself is," then giving speaking as an example is meaningless. Saying "because of speaking" as a reason is meaningless; this is a concluding statement. Like this, whoever, like me, possesses improper attention, he is greedy, for example, like me, this is the real reason. Because one cannot be certain merely from not seeing, therefore not seeing in the dissimilar aspect, not seeing the reason in the dissimilar aspect, one cannot use the reason to determine the opposite characteristic. If one thinks that because seeing in the dissimilar aspect makes the reason wrong, then for those without desire, speaking is also not seen. If one thinks that because of not seeing, there is nothing to prove, thus establishing the opposite, then therefore it is said, "merely not seeing from the dissimilar aspect does not mean there is no error," that is, in the dissimilar aspect, the reason is not without error. Why is that? Because there is the possibility of error arising. Whoever has the possibility of error arising, then
