Then, from where is it determined that it is the very one that has been exhausted? Because it is endowed with reason. Because wherever there is someone who speaks with reason, one should trust his intention to enter (the truth), and mentioning it in passing is sufficient. Regarding extremely hidden things, since he does not deceive the meaning of what is said as it is, therefore, even if it is fully explained by the sound of wisdom relying on the teachings said as it is, the words should be connected with "arising from sound and having birth." The so-called "similar to arising from sound" is just like indicating other factors of how it arises from sound, this wisdom does not indicate the thought itself. Therefore, for things realized through direct perception and inference, since it does not deceive in the manner just indicated, it is also inference, due to the thought of the person wanting to enter. What should be taken and abandoned is Nirvana, having abandoned all afflictions, and what should be discarded is all suffering. Their suchness is the non-inverted nature, which is the meaning of the truth of suffering and the truth of cessation. The suchness of what should be taken and abandoned, whatever enters with means, is with means. The means to be discarded is the truth of origin. The means to be taken is the truth of the path. What should be taken and abandoned itself, along with the means, these teachings of the Bhagavan are the measure that comes from the power of things, it is completely certain, because it is the cause of complete establishment. The main meaning of the four truths taught by the Bhagavan is not deceptive, because understanding the main content of the meaning of the four truths can attain Nirvana. Since there is no deception in the main meaning, therefore, for other extremely hidden things, the wisdom born from the words of the Bhagavan is inference. The tone of འང་ is the meaning of distinguishing in relation to the previous distinction. The means of what should be taken and abandoned is its means, the so-called means of what should be taken and abandoned is a double distinction. By those taught by him, that is, after those taught by the believer.

If measured by valid cognition, it is also non-deceptive and just as it is. For example, the four noble truths such as suffering will be explained in the second chapter, just like an analysis. The so-called "that and this" refers to what the Bhagavan previously taught, in order to explain in detail the nature of the four truths. If asked what it will become like? That is, it is closely needed for the benefit of the individual. The benefit of the individual is nirvana, and the close need is the cause. Wherever there is this cause, that is where there is a close need for the benefit of the individual. Therefore, one should become accustomed to it, one should strive diligently, because it is not deceptive, and one should also truthfully promise other objects that cannot be understood by direct perception and inference, not because one should promise not to deceive, but because one will deceive non-primary things, so it is not constant, that is its meaning. Why? Because there is no contradiction. For the primary things of the individual, it will not be deceived by valid cognition, because there is no harm. The words of non-deception promised in the third place have no contradiction with the meaning of the individual. Showing the four truths as they are, is because the world will not deceive the primary things. Since the individual has not been deceived by the primary things, therefore in the third place, the speaker does not need to return, because there is no result. If the individual deceives the primary things, and enters in order to benefit others, and is one who sees things beyond the senses, then without a doubt, for some people, others will not be deceived, because his seeing things beyond the senses itself is certainly impossible. Therefore, it is not deceptive for the meaning of the individual that can be understood by reason, and if one deceives extremely hidden things because of not understanding, then this is true for things that are certainly incapable. However, this is established in relation to the individual's entry. In order to show this, "that and" etc. were said. The so-called "two ways" are words.
