Faith, that which eliminates the cause of sound entering into an objectless state, becomes that which establishes. Here, in response, the teacher says "also to that," etc., because the nature of non-existence, it is that which expresses nature, there is no doubt about the sounds that express nature. Because those sounds of objectless states are that which eliminates, that is, expressing the exclusion of others, is the very establishment. Sounds, whatever exists, are the activity of things, when entering, how to express self-nature, In the manner of establishment, is it expressing things, or is it different, that is, expressing the exclusion of others, doubt will arise. Non-existence is merely the characteristic of emptiness, that is, the characteristic of being separated from self-nature. Why? Because there is no self-nature that acts as a cause and as an object, or its self-nature, because for things that have form, non-existence is not permissible. The self-nature of its form is its self-nature. Whatever self-nature has its own characteristic, that is called it. This itself is actually emptiness, excluding others is the power of all things. Emptiness is expressing such a self-nature, that is, expressing the self-nature of emptiness. The object of emptiness is that which has the object of excluding others. Discriminations should also be classified as objects of emptiness. A thing will depend on the opposite. The sounds and discriminations that follow and depend are called it. They are sounds and discriminations. Like this, after excluding what is not done, whatever sound or discrimination is done by things, that is, the sounds or discriminations of impermanence and selflessness, etc., even if they become like that, they are only those with different objects, it should be classified like this. Why? Because it is said "as its own nature," etc., whatever is distinguished from which opposite, that is its difference, for example, what is done, is distinguishing what is not done, similarly, impermanence, etc., is distinguishing permanence, etc. The differences as their own nature are different.
