Even if attained, it will not naturally produce fruit without relying on the practice close to it. Some tantric scholars say: slightly practicing secret mantras, those are because of its main power, therefore it is said to enter wisdom. Some practitioners of the great path, who have made the mantra of the deity who understands the tantras themselves, can also do some activities. Similarly, if someone asks, will others also become non-excellent ones and authors of mantras? No, because they are blessed by having that power. Those who practice the vows he has made and diligently keep his oral instruction vows can do it, because those who do not rely on his vows and oral instructions have no power. Moreover, one should also strive to practice its form, such as meditation and so on. Therefore, know that what he has blessed is like that. In addition, having such power, also because it is a unique ability different from others, it is the accomplishment of the excellence of the individual. Those who desire fruit, the mantras are all: what has been done and what has been done by the individual should be stated, those who have not done it have no combination. If there is no combination, there is no fruit, in this way, because it is seen that there is no fruit without the blessing of the individual. Because one wants to obtain fruit from the combination, it should be said that the mantras are what has been done, and what has been done by the individual, just like a decorated poem. The argument that the individual is incapable is refuted by this itself. It has been declared that mantras are made by the individual, and fruit is produced from his blessing. Therefore, because it has some excellent qualities, those arguments that refute it are also refuted. Intelligence, ability, speech, and the individual himself, etc., the arguments that are said are only similar measures, not real measures, so there is no real understanding of the meaning. Because it is intelligence, ability, speech, and the individual himself, etc., therefore, all arguments that establish the refutation of the excellence of the individual are not understandable, because they are refutations and general establishments.

Because that is impossible. For those who transcend the senses, there is no abandonment of not seeing it. Even if there is, it is because they do not know it. Because of that very reason, contradiction cannot be established. It has already been said that what exists simultaneously with non-contradiction is because of non-contradiction. The general characteristic of the other side is also not established, because it is impossible to know the absence of difference itself. For those similar cases, non-observation is abandoning the very reason itself. For general characteristics such as persons, some differences can also be seen. It has also been said that for those with differences, the general characteristic is not established. Therefore, even if that inference is not seen to enter the dissimilar side, because of hesitation about returning, (an inference) with remainder is powerless. Eleventh Chapter. Furthermore, those Vaiseṣika-sūtras that speak in this way contradict their own words. Like this: "Sound, I do not say that this is meaning, this is not meaning." A person has investigated this meaning, and that also has desire, etc. That one, that itself, is not another kind. What difference distinguishes it? Similarly, even with various kinds of persons, you do not want some knowledgeable ones. The sound of the Vedas, those Brahmins, come here! Listen to this meaning of mine! Not others, they do not say that. Some things mixed with the distinction of non-manifest meanings generate hearing. Among them, one person investigates a slightly different meaning, and another investigates another, but there is not even a little certainty about the respective natures of sounds. What follows one meaning and not another? However, due to the power of symbols, when grasping this and that, it becomes an obstacle. Because of being accustomed to secrecy, being defiled by faults, some unintelligent people explain those unreasonable meaning determinations as true, and not others, which is unreasonable. If from some, intelligence and senses, etc., are only that reason, and not others. Then, from where does this distinction of knowledge that transcends the senses come? Just like that.
