It is not without consequence. Things with erroneous meanings are completely pervaded by human actions, and even if they are contrary to non-human actions, they themselves do not have true meaning, because there are other forms. If sounds have two components, then this would be the case, because when one is wrong, there will be no other form. If they become meaningless, then the desired meaning cannot be achieved. If someone says that they are not meaningless in order to understand the meaning, then they will change due to human actions, just like distinguishing other meanings. For example, in the systems of Bharata (བྷ་ར་ཏ་,梵文天城體:भरत,梵文羅馬擬音:Bharata, literal meaning: Bharata) and others, even if they do not have that meaning, if others follow the different explanations of other meanings, they will also understand in the same way. Because it depends on human instruction, distinguishing meaning in meaningless things is a human action, not the action of the sound itself, just like other meanings. The nature that makes fire and other things manifest does not depend on humans, and when humans express their own symbolic actions, it is reasonable to say that it is a manifester. There is no difference between human-made symbols and things accomplished by nature in terms of relying on instruction, and because there is no other difference, it is difficult to determine that one is accomplished by nature and the other is done by humans. If someone says that there is a difference in the non-deception of measurement, then this will be prevented by the following statement: "For extremely hidden things, no other measurement intervenes." If it is assumed that the difference in the non-deception of measurement is non-human action only because things have common properties, then now there are very many things that are not human actions, and therefore, since some human actions also have this form, there will also be faults in them. Similarly, the meaning of their obvious expectations will also become human actions and followers of measurement. Furthermore, harm can also be seen in the statement "mantras and non-human actions." Therefore, some are symbols themselves.

Yes! It is logical that mantras are the means of accomplishing results. If those mantras, like this, are combined in that way with the speech produced by the cause that I clearly desire, thinking that they should be combined with this meaning, or if they are made for the sake of others' benefit, or if some people make an agreement with some people, in that case, it is logical that the meaning is accomplished at some times from the combination of mantras, just as the reciters accomplish the meaning from the agreement of the poets. If it is said to be the power of things, because there is no difference, it should also act on others. It is not from the agreement of people that mantras accomplish meaning. Then what is it? When these are definitely combined according to some modes, those that produce the fruit are the nature of things. Then, since the nature of letters is all without difference, how can it also become a fruit even when combined according to some modes? Only letters are mantras, there is nothing else at all. If it is said that its arrangement is also a mantra, then the arrangement that has become another meaning has already been refuted before. It has already been shown that there is no other arrangement different from the letters. Even if there is no difference, the letters themselves are mantras, and since those are all without difference, they will produce fruit at all times. The so-called arrangement, even if it is small, can also be seen as confusion arising from decline. Some people make the deity close because of effort, and also because they have not pleased it because there is no assembly. If all decline, then because no agreement is made with effort, it is not meaningful and meaningless because it does not exist when it is close. Furthermore, the arrangement is another meaning, or not another meaning, is it the nature of the mantra letters, or the nature of its arrangement, the meaningful cause is constant, because it is the nature of non-action. If it is always close, then the accomplishment of meaning always arises from that. Because the fruit arises from the power of things, it will not be separated from the fruit because there is no incompleteness. If there is a collection of causes, it is unreasonable to be separated from the fruit, because it would become not the cause itself. If the desired is not accomplished from a slight reduction in the combination of mantras, then,
