In order to know what exists, it would be beautiful if it entered through the difference from non-existence. If it is not distinguished for the sake of knowing it, then it will not even be touched at the moment of expression, so it will not enter by excluding others, because the difference of those things from them is not expressed by sound. Hearing is: For the non-doer, like a doer, having the appearance of similar nature. Merely through different things, the meaningless wisdom with seeds. Producing it is also not a non-doer. For the sake of completely abandoning the nature of the branch, because different things have a basis, it is considered not to deceive the meaning. Therefore, that which has the object of excluding others is the doer of the nature that the doer relies on. For things that are separated from a single nature, the wisdom that arises from falsely attaching it, because it appears as inverted, even if it is not doing things, it is like doing things, Especially clinging to merely the nature of different things, having the similarity of seeds, especially clinging to producing inversion, hearing is also for the sake of completely abandoning the nature of the branch that is different from it. In the ultimate sense, it is called not deceiving things that are different from it. Like this, the difference is true for them, because it is not to be transcended in all aspects. It is neither difference nor non-difference, because it is impossible in all aspects. If it is applied to things, then from sound and knowledge, things will only become distant, because there is no intention as its object, and other properties of things cannot touch obstacles. Therefore, hearing is called having the object of excluding others, because it is established based on the characteristic of reversal without difference in things that are contrary to others, and it also enters by excluding others in expression. Reversing from non-trees is: If clinging to the meaning of trees, then the two are: Because they are interdependent, they are one. If there is no clinging, then neither clings. Therefore, some say, do not distinguish. Some say, if trees are different from non-trees, then it cannot be grasped in that way without clinging to non-trees, and people who do not understand trees also

Because of complete unknowing, one cannot designate what is uncertain in the mind, so it is held. For those designations, does one differentiate non-trees? Those who assert that one first acknowledges an object and then designates it by excluding others, arguing that this is interdependent, when they also designate, do they differentiate non-trees? Or not? If they differentiate, if they do not grasp the meaning of a tree, how would they know? At that time, the one who understands neither knows trees nor non-trees, but only in order to know it, in order to approach someone who seeks that meaning. How can one who does not understand this understand the differentiation of non-trees in designation? If one does not understand, then from a word that establishes without completely excluding others, if those are not eliminated in designation, then those who name, using it after completely excluding it, is not reasonable, like the differences of trees. In designation, from a word that establishes without excluding others, it is not reasonable to use it in naming after completely excluding non-trees, like the differences of trees, shala trees, etc. Or, if one does not establish by excluding others, but clearly indicates one object from the front and designates it as "this is a tree," thinking that it will be understood even at the time of naming, and therefore there is no fault. Those who speak of a general object do not express it slightly by excluding certain things. What then? But after clearly indicating an object in front, one designates it as "this is a tree." In this way, at the time of designation, only the object seen in that way, or something related to it, will also be understood at the time of naming, so it is thought that it will fall into the same error, which is not the same. It is not not the same, just as one also says, "This is also a tree, this is it," there is no fault of turning back. Speaking after clearly indicating one object, saying "this is a tree," either saying "this is also" or saying "this is it," there are no other ways than these two, and for those, the same fault exists. Returning from what is seen, because it is easy to make mistakes, there is no fault. Seeing something and experiencing a mind devoid of its form in another, just as it is experienced.
