Therefore, it is unreasonable to think that this is a pot simply because of the non-existence and non-difference of the non-place itself, and because of touch. If touch is a substance, then it is not, because substance is also touch, so is it grasped from touch? No, this is a pot. Because color appears when knowing. The knowledge that "this is a pot" cannot arise from the sense of touch, because color appears when thinking like that. Therefore, this discriminating memory is the mind that has the consciousness of form and touch as its cause. Furthermore, what exists and what is seen, from seeing that, the sound of that is remembered. If that cannot be known, how can the difference of sound be remembered? If that is not remembered, how can that and meaning be mixed to produce awareness? If it must be determined by knowing the meaning that depends on the difference of its own expression, if it is determined like that, then now the expression of the knowledge of the senses will also be known, because it is impossible to remember the difference of expression. Because if there is seeing of meaning, then from the place close to the difference of that meaning, the sound of seeing will be remembered, just like fire and smoke. Thus, without sound, meaning cannot be seen, and even if it is not seen, the difference of sound will not be remembered, and if it is not remembered, it will not be combined. If it is not combined, it will not be known, so all walkers will become blind. If it is remembered by awakening the attention within the proximity of meaning, and not by seeing meaning, that is not right. Because for those who have not seen the symbol, there is no symbol, so its relationship is without self-nature. Because the will of a person does not completely change things. The self-nature that arises at the time of the symbol does not exist. If it changes completely, then because it is the self-nature of that, it will also change for those who have not seen other symbols. For each person, the respective self-natures of things are not different, because it will become without self-nature, because there is no self-nature existing. Therefore, by seeing, one can see this meaning itself without combining sound. Or, proving that the wisdom of the senses is separate from discrimination, this itself is direct perception. Because, all
