Therefore, this changes from time to time, and it should be understood through it. Introducing negation through experiencing reversal is superior, but if it is not in accordance with the occasion, insisting that it exists contradicts the obvious. The intention of some situations will change, and those will also understand it. Insisting, "You want this," is clearly exercising power. The name with the sign of the result is mentioned, and due to error, it will cause harm. For the meaning of "if it does not exist, it will not occur," even if it causes harm, who does it harm? It is said that within the scope of reasoning itself, there is no need to rely on scriptures. Established by it, that is perfectly established. At that time, the treatise is not a reliance. If it becomes severance at that time, it is not because there is no commitment at that time. Because this is the method of commitment, even if it exists at that time, it is not the cause. Like that, if the two objects are pure, then the treatise should be fully accepted. At a time when it is not desired, the treatise will cause harm. Because for the meaning established by it, one should not think of contradicting it. When transferring to the third position, accepting the treatise is reasonable. There, it also harms the dharma to be proven and "if it does not exist, it will not occur." It should be abandoned, not others, because it will extend infinitely. Who created this rule that all analysis requires accepting treatises? Now, those without sects will not accept fire because of smoke. If all treatises are used to prove only in one example, if the doctrine becomes the prover, this is the way beyond the mundane. Because the unrelated dharma is not established, how can it become unestablished? If that is proof, then say that is proof. How can the argument be flawed? All subjects and dharmas, only in examples without examples, from walking etc. and time etc., infer sentient beings, fire etc. Because it is not confusing, it is the meaning of proving essence and cause. Even if it harms the statements of some, it will not change the essence itself. That is the thing to be proven that is desired, and for the meaning of "if it does not exist, it will not occur." Other understandings, why cannot they be understood through that argument? If because some treatises are unreasonable, the reasoner should also be negated, this is an act of victory.

It is reasoning. If all meanings are considered the same, then it is not possible to state the means of establishment. Therefore, for all that is to be established and the means of establishment, this will be a degeneration. This is an intermediate verse. Therefore, only that which harms what is to be established is contradictory. Things that are not to be harmed and those that harm, even if they arise from one, are not contradictory. If it is thought that harming the treatise is contradictory, then this is the same in other situations, and therefore it will become contradictory. Therefore, it will cause harm to that itself. If it is not so, will it become harm? No, because the faults and virtues of all reasons are to be considered in relation to what is to be established. If that does not prevent what is to be established, but is contradictory because it harms the treatise? If others do it, it is the same, and therefore it will become contradictory. If others do it, it will only become a fault of the proposition, then why would it not become so in the object? Because of the statement of the subject possessing the nature of the thing to be harmed, it is for this itself, but not for others? No, because having promised a treatise with the meaning of what is to be harmed, it will become so elsewhere as well. Therefore, this should not be the definition of a fault of the proposition, because it will be too extreme. Furthermore, if because the treatise is promised, it is thought that everything seen in the treatise is the very thing to be established, then stating an established reason will also become a proposition. If it is said that because the particle of the word is spoken, the intention to be the means of establishment is abandoned, therefore there is no fault, then no. Because what is obtained by reason cannot be prevented by words. Having a meaning that is outside the definition of the subject, even with one's own words, one does not slightly expand the meaning. If it is said that it is intended because of entering the treatise, then who needs to strive for that meaning, where does this come from? If the valid cognition does not prevent it, who will prevent that entry? If the valid cognition prevents it, who can make it enter with words? Others, because they completely abandon the particular nature generated by their own sound, by the definition of the system, and completely grasp the most famous nature, so they think.
