Because admitting that things that are not seen as images are of different kinds is contradictory. Because those differences can also be done to others. Because manifest sounds do not have the nature of being unmanifest. Because there is no reason for confusion, because there is no harm, so confusion cannot be established. For individuals, seeing differences is harmful, so they are not the same. The difference of language that has become the nature of another is not its nature. Therefore, all natures without difference are made by individuals. Or it is nothing at all. Therefore, only related to that, nature transforms with nature, like a tree with the trunk of a tree. Because it is only called that for a certain thing that has differences such as branches. If it is its own nature, then how can it exist even after completely abandoning its own nature? Because of the nature-relatedness, there is no confusion for it. The cause can also transform the effect, because there is no confusion. When the cause changes, the effect also changes. Otherwise, it will not become its effect. Therefore, the things of cause and effect also determine nature. Therefore, in both, it is only transformed by nature-relatedness. If it is not like that, how can one change make another change? Saying that a person does not have a horse, does he not also have livestock? Similarly, because one is close to one, how can it make another close? Saying that a person has livestock, then does he also have a horse? These are the intermediate verses. Therefore, only by nature-relatedness can the reason to be established be understood. That is also at that time the characteristic of nature or the characteristic arising from that. That which does not arise without it, this is precisely what is fully shown by examples. Therefore, in the example of different dharmas, it is certain that no basis other than this is desired. In the example, the nature of the dharma to be established is shown only in relation to it, that which produces the nature of being made, that will produce becoming the nature of impermanence. This is the measure ( प्रमाण ,pramāṇa,measure) fully with examples.

also shows it. Through that valid cognition, one can also understand that the dharma to be proven is only related to it. Or, as the cause of things, because it exists only when it exists, it can excellently show other meanings. Like this, if its own nature and the cause of things are excellently established, then if there is no impermanence, there is no creation, and if there is no fire, there is no smoke. Like this, if it is its own nature and cause, then how can there be its own nature without a cause? Like this, in the absence of a basis, in the example of dissimilar dharmas, refutation can also be excellently established. Therefore, cause and nature, and the negation of some non-existences, are also valid reasons, because only when they are refuted will they refute the relationship with themselves. Therefore, for those who want to establish other things by negating some things, it should also be said that the refutation of the cause or nature that pervades is the valid reason. If it is not like this, because there is no refutation of the relationship, it is impossible to establish other refutations. In particular, the one with an object, when not becoming an object, is also the valid reason for negation. The valid reason for the name of having an object of negation is called its valid reason, because such non-becoming an object is the nature of self-negation. The non-becoming of an object that is the cause and the differentiator is also the valid reason for both. This valid reason for negation has only three aspects, namely the cause existing in the object, the pervader, and its own nature. Like this, for those who definitely do not become objects, the difference between the combination of non-understanding and understanding is explained in many ways by those differences. The inference for one's own sake is definite, that is, the second chapter. The inference for the sake of others is to excellently clarify the meaning seen by oneself. Just as one's own knowledge of the subject arises only from the sign with three aspects, so too, wanting to generate knowledge of the subject for others, showing the sign with three aspects is the inference for the sake of others, because the result is placed on the cause. Here, saying "the meaning seen by oneself" is to make it known that the scriptures say "what is seen by others cannot be established, is meaningless, and cannot be established from action." Just as some people say, because it is to be understood by others, even if it is not seen by oneself, what is seen by others can be established
