That, in order to show that they have seen, it is said that Gawa (དགའ་བོ།), Sorang (སོར་ཕྲེང) and so on were mentioned. Gawa (དགའ་བོ།) refers to a young man of the Shakya clan who had great desire. He was very attached to his wife and could not be happy without her even for a moment. The Tathagata took such a person from his home and ordained him. Even after being ordained, he only thought of her day and night, not of the Dharma. For such a person, the Tathagata enabled him to attain the state of an Arhat. Sorang (སོར་མོའི་ཕྲེང་བ།) refers to the son of a Brahmin. He was a foolish person who, after listening to his guru's prophecy that doing so would lead to the Dharma, killed nine hundred and ninety-nine people. Later, the Tathagata ordained him, and he became free from desire in the three realms. Tongden (མཐོང་ལྡན།) refers to Ajatasatru (མ་སྐྱེས་དགྲ). He was a person with great hatred who, because he met unwholesome friends and had past grudges, killed his father, who possessed the Dharma. He also relied on the teachings of the virtuous friend, the Tathagata, and was liberated from the fuel of the fires of hell. Son of the lineage, Dejé (བདེ་བྱེད།), also because of improper attention, committed the sin of adultery with another's wife and was almost killed. Relying on the teachings of the Tathagata, like smashing a blind man, he was liberated from the vajra of hell, and it is said that he experienced the happiness of the heavenly realms. Therefore, Gawa (དགའ་བོ།) and others were also liberated from various sufferings because of their previous negligence and later diligence. Therefore, even if you were previously negligent, you must be diligent in the future. For householders, because they encounter many unpleasant things, they are prone to anger. In order to prevent them from developing attachment, and in order to show patience, it is said, "There is no austerity equal to patience (བཟོད་མཚུངས་ཐུབ་དཀའ་མ་མཆིས་པས།)" and so on. There is no austerity equal to patience; patience alone is the most supreme of all austerities, because it has been declared in verses such as, "Patience is the supreme austerity." Thus, only those who possess patience are practitioners of austerity; the mind

It is said that those who are ruined by anger eat wind, water, roots, and fruits, their bodies wither, and they wear hair, leaves, bark, and tattered clothes. Therefore, those who possess patience torment afflictions, while others torment the body. Merely tormenting the body does not even lead to a good rebirth, let alone liberation. Because the benefits of patience are so great, you should not give anger any opportunity. To further illustrate the virtues of patience, it is said, "By abandoning anger, one does not regress." etc. By what power does abandoning anger lead to non-regression? Because one will not be connected with the many sufferings of the desire realm, one can also attain non-regression. The Buddha acknowledges this place, it is synonymous with "guarantor." As the Blessed One said, "Monks, thus, abandon anger, and I am your guarantor of non-regression." So, what is patience? It is not being angry, and even if anger arises, being able to calm it immediately and not hold a grudge. So, what is anger? It is the roughness of mind that arises based on unpleasant things brought about by sentient and non-sentient beings, one can also say it is being angry. By saying "He insulted me" etc., one shows the resentment of patience. There are four objects of holding a grudge: He insulted me, he hit me, he defeated me, he stole my property. If one holds a grudge in this way and keeps in mind the harm caused by others, it will breed the faults and disputes of anger. Whoever does not have such attachment in their mind, and has completely abandoned holding grudges, then, because there is no suffering in the mind.

It shows that the mind is unstable. All sentient beings are of three types: like drawing lines on water, like drawing lines on the ground, and like drawing lines on stone. Thus, sentient beings should be understood as being of three types. Some, like drawing lines on water, are unwholesome, and some are wholesome, just like between drawing lines on stone. Among them, for those with afflictions, the first, like drawing lines on water, is the best. Among those who desire the Dharma, the last, like drawing lines on stone, is the best. Therefore, you should think that for the unwholesome, it is like drawing lines on water, and for the wholesome, it is like drawing lines on stone. In order to show that just as the minds of sentient beings are of three types, speech is also of three types. The Victorious One said, "Entering the heart," etc., and the Victorious One spoke three types of speech. What are those three? Words like honey, flowers, and impurity. These were spoken. And whose are these? "Those who enter the heart and are truthful, and those who are liars." These were spoken. Pleasant words are like honey. Therefore, it enters the heart and makes one happy, so it is called entering the heart. True words are like flowers, because they are worthy of praise. False words are like impure things, because they should be reproached. Among those three types of speech, the last type of speech is like an impure thing, and you should abandon it. The actions of beings in samsara are of four types, therefore, in order to connect it with "You should abide in excellent conduct," he said, "From light to the end of light," etc. In the sutra, it says, "Going from light to the end of light." Among them, "From light to the end of light" refers to being born among gods and humans and other great powerful beings, and being born there again. From darkness to the end of darkness refers to being born among evil destinies or small powerful beings, and being born there again. Light
