Those sentient beings are also like that. If even ashes cannot maintain the state of a body, what need is there to mention extremely weak beings? Even those that temporarily appear as powerful will become like that, so what need is there to mention any body that is weak in every way? Because for such a body, there is no state that cannot be destroyed by impermanence itself. Regarding the burning of the earth and so on by seven suns, it should be understood according to the Sutra of the Appearance of Seven Suns. As the Bhagavan said: "O monks, when a long time has passed and it does not rain, there will come a time when all the collections of seeds and growth on this great earth, and the springs of water will dry up. O monks, when a long time has passed and it does not rain, a second sun will appear in this world, and when it appears, there will come a time when all the rivers on this great earth, except for the four great rivers, will dry up. When a third sun appears in the world, the four great rivers and the great lakes such as Anavatapta will also dry up. When a fourth sun appears in the world, the great ocean will also dry up, and even a place the size of a tala tree will dry up, a yojana will dry up, and even a hundred yojanas will dry up. When a fifth sun appears in the world, different sizes of water areas such as two hundred yojanas will dry up. When a sixth sun appears in the world, not even a small drop of water will remain, and this great earth and the king of mountains, Mount Sumeru, will also emit smoke, just like throwing a red-hot iron plate into a pile of grass, it will emit smoke, and smoke will be emitted everywhere. When a seventh sun appears in the world, this entire realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds will burn, it will burn completely, just like burning butter or sesame oil, not even ashes will remain. Thus, all things belonging to formations (saṃskāra) will be burned up, and one will also die. For the time being, here it is said that the destruction of the earth, Mount Sumeru, and the oceans is due to the power of destruction by fire. These are also destroyed by the power of destruction by water.

Also, it should be understood that destruction also occurs due to the power of destruction by wind. The difference there is that, just like the bliss of being non-dual, when destroyed by water, hot water rain will fall. When destroyed by wind, a great wind that scatters will rise. Thus, "all of these," etc., is to summarize the meaning of what was said before, and to give instruction, impermanence and selflessness have already been explained. Without refuge because there is no lord who can completely save from suffering. Without protector because there is no such close retinue. Without a place because there is no other place to stay. Because this world is so without refuge, therefore, O best of men, you should arise with aversion from samsara, which is like a tree on water, without essence. Now, in order to greatly show that it is difficult to obtain the human body with leisure, which is a vessel of virtue, it is said, "living in one ocean," etc. Because it lives in one ocean, it is called living in one ocean. It both lives in one ocean and is a turtle, so it is called a turtle living in one ocean. A turtle living in one ocean and a yoke hole, is a brief word, it is the meeting of the two, a turtle living in one ocean and meeting a yoke hole. Obtaining a human body is even more difficult than that. This meaning is also explained in detail only in the sutras, monks, in a world that has become one ocean, there lives a blind sea turtle with a long life, living for a long time, and it emerges once every hundred years. In that great ocean there is a yoke hole, and when it is blown by the east wind, it goes to the west, this is widely proclaimed. Monks, there is a time when the blind turtle emerges and its neck fits into the hole of that yoke, monks, I say that obtaining a human birth is even more difficult than that. What is called from animals is from the place of birth of animals. Therefore it is difficult to obtain a human body, because they are very foolish. Because it is so difficult to obtain a human body
