It is to perform virtuous and non-virtuous deeds in order to be happy in the future. That is, due to the condition of ignorance here, actions arise. There are three types of actions: virtuous, non-virtuous, and unwavering. The virtuous deeds performed in the form and formless realms are called unwavering. All three of these actions are conditioned by ignorance and moistened by the desire of the three realms, and it should be known that they cause the sprout of rebirth to manifest. If so, then what should be done to be liberated from such aggregates? The answer is, as it is said, "Liberation depends on oneself," etc., because liberation depends on one's own mind, so one does not want to boast about obtaining liberation through the help of friends. Then what is the method? The answer is, as it is said, "Through hearing, discipline, and meditation," etc. Among them, hearing should be understood as being in accordance with possession. Discipline is in accordance with non-violation, etc. Meditation should be understood as being in accordance with the part of discernment. Therefore, one should strive to be endowed with discipline, hearing, and meditation, so that one can obtain liberation, this is his thought. Just as "higher discipline" etc. is said, it only indicates the path of liberation. Among them, higher discipline is that which is completely dedicated to Nirvana. Higher mind is the basis of the noble path, the four dhyanas. Higher wisdom should be understood as being in accordance with the part of discernment. In order to show that these three trainings are the complete collection of all trainings, it is said: "More than one hundred and fifty trainings are completely contained within these three." It means that because more than one hundred and fifty trainings are contained within these three, one should strive to learn these three trainings. It should be known that the one hundred and fifty trainings arise from individual liberation vows. Just as "mastery of body mindfulness" etc. is said, it only indicates the path of liberation. Body mindfulness refers to focusing on the body. It is a synonym for "body object."
English
é is to examine the states of the body, such as stretching and sitting. The mindfulness of the body has been taught by the Sugata as the one and only path. As it is said: "Monks, this is the one and only path for the purification of beings, for overcoming sorrow and lamentation, for the destruction of suffering and grief, for reaching the right law, for the realization of Nirvana, namely the four foundations of mindfulness." As it is said in detail. Therefore, the one and only path is the cause for easy, quick, and certain attainment. Therefore, the term "one and only path" should be regarded here as a word of praise for the path. The one way to go is the one and only path, because the path has no two forms, but enters into one essence. It is said. One should strive to guard it. This means that because such mindfulness is very important, you should strive to guard it. If it decays, other dharmas will also be destroyed, let alone those that lead to the attainment of Nirvana. To illustrate this, it is said: "When mindfulness decays, all dharmas are destroyed." From this point on, by means of "life is full of harm" and so on, death, which transforms the cause of liberation into a cause of weariness, causes mindfulness to be directed towards it. Life is connected with many harms and is even more impermanent than a bubble of water struck by the wind, which shows that life is but a moment. It is a great wonder to be able to breathe in and out, or to wake up from sleep and have leisure. It means that if life is so full of harm and so short, it is a great wonder that a person can breathe in or out after breathing in, or wake up from sleep and have leisure. Harm can be understood in two ways: external harm, such as wind, sun, and poisonous snakes; and internal harm, such as diseases caused by disturbances of the winds and so on. By means of "the body ends in ashes" and so on, the notion of the essence of the body is

It should be abandoned, even so, it is only to focus on the mindfulness of death. Among them, regarding the meaning of "the body will eventually turn to ashes" and so on, it should be understood by following the five statements of the Sutra. As the Blessed One said, "Monks, the body of the dead and deceased, relatives either burn it with fire, or soak it in water, or bury it underground, or it is dried by the wind and sun, or it is eaten by various creatures belonging to the animal realm." The so-called "body" is because it has the nature of separation. The so-called "eventually turn to ashes" means to be burned by fire. The so-called "eventually dry up" means to be buried underground, or dried by the wind and sun, these two sentences. The so-called "eventually rot" means to be soaked in water. The so-called "ultimately impure" means to be eaten by various creatures belonging to the animal realm. Why is it said that "there is no essence"? Because like this: Completely destroyed, rotten, dissipated, One should know that it has a separate nature. The so-called no essence is shown by complete destruction and so on. Among them, having the nature of complete destruction is because it is destroyed by fire. Having the nature of rotting is because it is dried by wind and sun and so on. Having the nature of dissipation is because it is soaked in water. Having the nature of separation is because beings bite it and completely destroy it. The so-called "should know" is that one should understand. "Land, mountain king, ocean" and so on, because seeing that even the most solid things are impermanent, one generates the thought that one's own body has extremely no essence, and focuses on it. "Land, mountain king and ocean etc." is a summary of words. They are land, mountain king, ocean and seven suns, Having bodies burned by burning. The so-called seven suns burning means being burned by the seven suns. Those who have bodies burned by it are called that. Land etc. are burned by the burning of the seven suns.
