The action of mind is karma. For what reason is it said to be unwholesome? Because in that and that destination, it makes the continuum of body and mind not good, therefore it is unwholesome. Being overwhelmed by desire, in this life and the next, the appearance becomes very ugly. Similarly, being overwhelmed by hatred, and being overwhelmed by ignorance, are also the same. The antidote to attachment is non-attachment, which is detachment. The antidote to hatred is love, which is non-hatred. The antidote to ignorance is wisdom, which is non-ignorance. These good qualities of nature, and the actions they cause, make the continuum of body and mind good in this life and the next, therefore it is wholesome. That word "that" refers to non-attachment and so on, and to karma. From unwholesome karma, and so on, it indicates the result of those two. Suffering is the feeling of being beaten and so on. All refers to things that arise in this life and the next. The bad destinies are the destinations of hell and so on. The good destinies are the destinations of gods and so on. The distinctions of Jambudvipa and so on, or the distinctions of being born again and again, are happiness in all lifetimes, so many words are spoken. Having thought like that, what should be done? It is said, from all unwholesome, and so on. All refers to what is said and unsaid, destroying stupas, and the holy Dharma, the Sangha, parents, teachers, lamas, places of offering, and the characteristics of abandoning elders and so on in the family. To be stopped means to be stopped back. With the difference of stopping and entering, there are two ways. If that is the case, what benefit is there? In order to indicate that, happiness is the feeling of being satisfied. That which is superior is happiness and glory. Or the word glory is a synonym for perfection. Other than that, the other is happiness. Kingship is the distinction of power, that is, the owner himself. The word vast is said to all. Meditation is the characteristic of one-pointedness of mind. There are also four ways: with investigation and analysis, without investigation and without analysis, and that joy

The place of happiness without suffering, the fourth is equanimity without suffering or happiness, and the separation of mental happiness and mental unhappiness with completely pure mindfulness. Immeasurable is the nature of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, because it is focused on immeasurable sentient beings. Formless is the four states of absorption such as the sphere of infinite space, in order to cultivate equality of mind? Or in order to cultivate equality of the great elements? The word "ni" is the word "only," definitely grasping. The happiness of Brahma and others refers to the happiness where there is the initial happiness of Brahma. Experiencing means to experience. Thus, the cause of excellence and the result of that excellence are briefly explained as a concluding remark. First, the Dharma of Excellence, later, definite goodness arises. That which is explained in this way, the Dharma of Excellence is finished. After that, wanting to explain the Dharma of Definite Goodness, the Dharma of Definite Goodness, etc., is spoken. From this, definite goodness and virtue, liberation is achieved, therefore it is definite goodness, that itself is definite goodness. The word "kyang" is the meaning of the word "ni." "Subtle" means subtle, difficult to discern. "Deep" means difficult to fathom. "Manifestation" means seeing, seeing with profound wisdom, it is called that. "Or manifestation" means object, wherever there is profound manifestation, it is called that. Children, individual beings, those who do not possess hearing, hearing is said to be hearing the three kinds of Dharma here. "Fear" means terror. Those who have overcome the four maras or those who have overcome all sins are the victors. The word "exists" is an auxiliary word, just like saying all-victorious. I have no son. "In this world, I do not exist, and in other worlds, I will not exist," thinking this, it is said due to clinging to this as me. Due to clinging to me, therefore there is no property of mine here, etc., in other lives.
