Supreme enemy of the one with the proud matted hair. Far from mindfulness and wisdom. There are no women nearby. Whether sitting or lying down, Whether walking or staying, Even women painted in pictures, Steal the hearts of people. Are these people exhausted by attachment? Even if raising their hands upwards, Burned by those with disheveled hair. If they could, the nuns would have long ago. Those deceived by the many kinds of relationships with others, Robbed, deceived by qualities, Not seeing its true nature, Children are ignorant towards women. After seeing impermanence, suffering, selflessness, and unwholesomeness, The minds of those who observe and meditate Are not overwhelmed. With minds well-accustomed to those places, Like oxen in their pastures. Even the realms of the gods cannot destroy, What need to speak of what people say? Therefore, holding the arrow of wisdom, The bow of diligence in hand, Fully adorned with the armor of mindfulness, Think with awareness of objects. With a hot iron hook, Touching the eyes is best, In order not to look with impure thoughts At women with fluttering eyes. If the time is that time, If one spends the time with an attached mind, One will be involuntarily bound And led to the animal realm or a lower state. Therefore, knowing this fear, Do not elaborate on the signs, Regarding the body, only See what can be seen as an image. The objects in the world taken by the senses, The senses of the undying (amṛta, अमृत, amṛta, nectar) are not like that. Whoever becomes attached to those, Is bound by those. For the mating of two oxen, How does mating become one? Those objects and senses, Attachment is not like that between them. The eyes grasp the form, The mind discriminates. From discrimination, attachment arises there, Attachment and non-attachment are also so. Without discriminating the meaning of the senses, If it becomes for a meaningless reason, Acting in the realm of the senses, Everything is combined with meaninglessness. Therefore, do not abandon mindfulness, Act with utmost caution, With the view that follows one's own benefit, Meditate with a mind free from sorrow. Thus, for the monks who have not reached the ultimate meaning, These were later spoken. Depending on the guardian of the Amra tree, Finished.
