The king himself resided in the position of father, and prostrated in order for the prince to comprehend that truth. Having seen that the power of Shakyamuni Buddha was even more supreme, having seen the treatises that thoroughly analyzed that truth, Having seen the offerings made by the lama king, many people desired to renounce the world. Thereafter, many young people abiding in the state of fruition, thoroughly obtained that very ritual of Dharma, Without any attachment to mantras and great desires, they abandoned loving relatives and kin. Ananda, Nanda, Kapila, and the irreversible one, Joyful, Near Joyful, and then Holding Whirl. The teacher, in secret from the disciples, with Devadatta, those taught by Shakyamuni Buddha all appeared. Thereafter, the son of the guide is the great being, Charka thoroughly entered that path, Having thoroughly seen the certainty, likewise, the close retinue and the son of common sense also made a decision. The king also saw the power of the prince, and having obtained the supreme stream of nectar, Without attachment, he gave the kingdom to his brothers, and approached the families with the conduct of a king's ascetic. Such as these, the virtuous friends, the retinue and relatives followed, and the Buddha, With tears, the people of the city were overjoyed, and entered his own city in due time. The king's son named "All Purposes Fulfilled," having accomplished his purpose, entered the city, Upon hearing this news, the women in the houses leaned against the doors and windows. Like rays of light half obscured by clouds, having seen that beauty holding the maroon robes, those women shed tears from their eyes, and prostrated with lotus-like palms. Having become radiant with Dharma and form, having seen him walking with lowered gaze, Showing love and respect, the intoxicated women with tearful eyes praised him. Well-born, having shaved his head, and having put on old clothes, His body covered with golden light, he adorned his eyes.

Then he departed. To attend to the white umbrella that protects from suffering, and to see the tamed prince who has come, suitable for dwelling everywhere, suitable for victory, he departed, having taken the alms bowl properly. With the leaves of the Tamala tree arranged on the cheeks, the face of the beautiful woman and the white umbrella that protects from suffering, who is worthy to attend, who is worthy to walk quickly, he departed on foot, having taken the alms bowl completely. In order to exhaust the enemies of the rulers, and to make the joyful ones attached and walk, who is worthy to look at, who wears various headdresses, he looked at the yoke of the earth and departed. What is the meaning of this viewing, what is its characteristic? What meaning is sought, what has become an enemy through play? Who plays together with asceticism? With the children, the chaste virtuous women, and the king's consorts, certainly holding sorrow. That fame holder is very ascetic, who has heard this conduct of the Lord, and having heard it, also abides and does not go to ruin. This form must be in accordance, and after seeing the appearance of this ugly form, what will the king who desires a son become like? And how will he treat the enemy who harms? Having seen the son Rahula filled with tears, if it is indeed so, this one has no attachment. Rather than loving relatives, he looks elsewhere, may there be auspiciousness for such a determined asceticism! Radiance and the shape of the body and gait, etc., are certainly not a measure for entering into bliss. By those qualities, this is beautiful, possessing peace and separated from worldly things. Showing various kinds, having fully grasped the thought similar to oneself, and so on, many intoxicated women dispersed. The Buddha's unattached mind also went to his own city, obtained alms, and went to the forest with the mark of the Nyagrodha tree. With small amounts of alms giving, wishing to liberate beings who have little wealth and have not done good, this conduct does not truly satisfy, the ascetic person has not tamed the mind.
