That is nearly obtained. Therefore, for a while, the retinues, like the complete and perfect growth, like showing various sufferings, the mind should be truly weary. Then, after saying "supreme," gathering myself completely into myself, like a bird of the dakinis, the light protector flies in the path of the wind. He abides like a city wall stump, moves like the earth, sits like a throne, and sleeps with skillful magical powers. Again, he burns like fire, again he rains like clouds, again, all at once, extremely, burning and raining. Possessing the light of lightning, like a cloud of abundant rain, with burning and raining, he widely subdues and is beautiful. There, the eyes are attached, the beings who look up in wonder, from many offerings, prostrate, and roar the lion's roar. Then, after retracting the magical powers, he, the disciple who has done what should be done, bows his head to my teacher, the Bhagavan, the Able One. Likewise, after bowing to the supreme sage and seeing the light protector, the Magadhan is completely certain of the Sugata, the All-Knowing One. Then, after the field has been cultivated and knowing, for the sake of virtue, abiding in virtue, desiring to hear the Dharma, he bestows teachings on the diligent in craftsmanship. Possessing great majesty, endowed with mind, subduing the senses, endowed with the senses, the lord of the earth, the form itself, arises and decays. For the sake of increasing qualities, this, arising and ceasing should be known, and after knowing, those two truthfully, the body should be truly aware. In the Dharma of arising and ceasing, after knowing the body with the senses, possessing self, called self, slightly, not closely grasping, not closely going. From the body and the senses, wisdom, there is no other object, this suffering is arising, suffering itself is ceasing. When all this manifests, there is no self, nor mine, then one obtains the supremely unmoving, nirvana. With afflictions such as ego-grasping, one is bound by grasping at self, if one sees the world as selfless, one is liberated from attachments. Seeing as untrue binds, seeing as true liberates. In this world, saying there is self, extremely

Is this claim true? If self exists, is it permanent or impermanent? In these two aspects, great faults accumulate. If it is temporarily impermanent, the fruit of karma will not exist. Rebirth will also not exist, and liberation will be without effort. If it is permanent and an all-pervading lord, it is unborn and not unborn. Space is pervasive and permanent, without dwelling and without birth. If this self is an all-pervading lord, there is nowhere it does not exist. Here and gone, and in liberation, all appear simultaneously. Because it is all-pervading, this inaction, the action of karma will not exist. Having not done actions, how can it connect to fruition? If this is the doer, it does not do my suffering. If it is autonomous, suffering is done by me, who does it? I am permanent, therefore there is no transformation, not born. Having obtained pleasure and pain, it sees its transformation. Having obtained wisdom and afflictions, liberation exists because of abandoning them. This inaction, all-pervading one, therefore there is no liberation. Because it is non-existent, that is me, this is unspeakable. It is also not a cause, this also does not do a little. It is also not revealed by action, who has not done this, does not say that it has become like that. Therefore there is no self. Without a doer, here there is also no knower. This body without a master, this is guided. Like the river of samsara, extremely revolving. That speaker is the most excellent of listeners. Relying on the six senses and the six sense objects, the six kinds of consciousness arise. The three individually revolve in the ritual of knowing, from which arise memory, wisdom, and the course of action. Jewel, wood, sun, when they truly meet, like fire is born by the power of combination. Likewise, relying on wisdom, object, sense, relying on sentient beings, all actions transform. Like a sprout is born from a seed, the sprout does not know that seed. Not another from another, not that from that. Likewise, the order of body, sense, and wisdom.
