It is not done. King, friend, and noble one, you too are the same. Whatever certainty you have towards me, Friend, you should recount it here, I am not speaking here as another opponent. Having fully awakened from the fear of old age and death, Wanting liberation, I have obtained this Dharma, Having abandoned relatives and joyful, tearful faces, Desires are the cause of unwholesomeness from the beginning. How fearful I am of places, Likewise, I am not afraid of deceitful poisons, Not from hail falling from the sky, Nor from flames together with the wind. Impermanent desires steal the wealth of virtue, In the empty world like dreams and illusions, Merely thinking in the mind also makes one foolish, What need to mention that the mind of man is self-existent? Alas, if one is conquered by desires, then in the heavens, One does not obtain happiness, what need to mention in the world of death? Like fire accompanied by wind with firewood, Desires with craving are not satisfied. Walking and desires are the same, there is no meaning, People are very attached to only those from ignorance. Knowing that, it is fearful to be meaningless like that, Who with knowledge would manifest meaninglessness themselves? Having obtained the land with the ocean's garment completely, Wanting to cross the other shore of the great ocean, Like the rivers of the ocean and the water droplets, The desires of worldly people are not satisfied. Even if the gods rained down golden rain, And enjoyed all four continents, Even having obtained half of the throne of a hundred gods, I am not satisfied with places more than you. Also enjoying the kingdom of the gods, When the hundred sacrifices are completely weakened from the fear of the Asuras, From satiety, they also destroy the burden of the great sages, There is no satisfaction for desires, and one will fall silently. The king of Aila disturbed the heavens, And also took possession of the beautiful-faced goddess, For the sake of greed, he plundered gold from the sages, There is no satisfaction for places, and he went to ruin, The Asura

Work is great power, great power has no enemy. After having no enemy, where will the great power go again? Above the high heavens, or on the earth, or in those lands. In the midst of the tumultuous gatherings of kalpas, who trusts and places hope? With tree bark as clothing, eating roots, fruits, and drinking water, Like a snake winding, the burden of long matted hair. And who, not for other matters, even their endurance declines. Who seeks out the enemies called desires? Sharp weapons and sharp holding weapons, For what purpose, in the midst of terror, does one obtain death? The non-virtuous minds of those, also with actions. To destroy, therefore, what need is there for ascetics to say? In all lands, knowing sorrow to be little, Being diligent in all ways, and never having satisfaction. What is condemned by the holy ones is certainly sin. Who takes the poison of the eye of desire? Being exhausted by field work and so on, The self-nature of those who are never satisfied with desires, And after obtaining the self-nature of those who are the nature of desire, Those with minds are able to abandon desires. Accomplishment. In order to easily obtain satisfaction in desires, Know that for the greedy, the wealth of desire declines. Because of greed, doing what should not be done, and doing what should not be done, Who is exhausted by this and goes near to the lower realms? What is obtained through diligence and carefully guarded, Being completely deceived, will again go separately. For those who possess themselves, like a loan, among those, In desires, which wise person here rejoices? After searching and after obtaining, thirst arises. Those who do not want, completely go to suffering, In the world, like a torch of grass, among those, In desires, who with a mind does not dislike? In a non-joyful heart, who makes it faint? Will go to ruin, not finding happiness, Like a completely wrathful snake, very similar, among those, In desires, who with a mind rejoices? Like a hungry and exhausted dog, after eating bones, For those, it is never possible to feel satisfied. Like decayed and powerless bones, the same as those, among those, In desires, who with a mind rejoices? Whose king, from thieves, water, and fire,
