Worthy of being saved! Like a cow whose calf has died, Constantly wailing in sorrow, Like a forest hermit who is close but impartial, May the goddess who truly nurtures know. Like a swan separated from its mate, Like a female elephant separated from an elephant in the forest, Even with protection, they are as helpless, weak, and pitiful. O Queen, you should protect with your compassionate eyes! The only child should not suffer, Complete sorrow is the guide, Like the full moon approached by Rahu, May Rahu be freed from the sorrow of relatives. The palace, the queen's retinue, and the entire city, Separated from you, ignite the fire of women's sorrow. The outgoing breath, like smoke, is the peak of darkness, The burning flames desire to see your nectar. Having heard these words of the advisor, That Bodhisattva, fully endowed with Bodhicitta, With virtues and knowledge of virtues, after a moment, Meditated and spoke this reasonable answer. You all understand my son's intentions, Who can protect better than me? Even knowing the fear of birth, old age, sickness, and death, And going to the forest, abandoning one's life. Ultimately, if not separated from happiness, Why not want to see one's life happy? No matter how long, eventually there will be separation, Therefore, even the guru's love should be abandoned. For my sake, O King of Men, The sorrow you speak of does not please me. Because in dreams, even true gatherings, Will separate and bring endless pain. Having seen the various actions of beings, Likewise, you should also strengthen your wisdom. Neither son nor relative, yet like the source of endless pain, This bondage is a symbol of ignorance. Just like people meeting on the road, Beings will inevitably separate at some time. The expectations and vows of relatives are inferior to the wise, Why should the wise grieve? Otherwise, abandoning one's life to come here, Here also being completely deceived, eventually one must leave!

Having passed away, one will eventually go to another place, so having abandoned, why still cling to sorrow? From the moment of being in the womb, in all seasons, death exists for the sake of killing. Your so-called love for your son, why is it untimely to cling to my forest? When one is immersed in worldly affairs, it is untimely, similarly, participating in the rituals of wealth is timely. In all seasons, the course of time pervades, obtaining virtue is certain, it is not without time. The king bestowed the kingdom upon me, it is similar and the same as my father's vast one. Like food that is unsuitable for a sick person due to craving, I am unable to fully accept it. The root of ignorance and delusion, a king who does not protect, how can a wise person easily obtain it? Where there is sorrow, satiety, and fatigue, acting in a perverse manner, it causes great harm to oneself. A palace as clear as Jambudvipa gold, like delicious food mixed with poison, like water with lotuses disturbed by Rahu, the kingdom and gold are the source of suffering. Thus, the kingdom is neither Dharma nor happiness. Born from impurity, the former rulers, in order to completely abandon suffering, in the prime of their youth, resolutely abandoned the kingdom and went to the forest. Cherishing contentment like a jewel, in remote monasteries, eating grass is the best. Like a black snake, the unseen fault, sleeping with the glory of greed is not the best. Abandoning the kingdom is the law of kings, entering the forest desiring Dharma is praiseworthy. Completely abandoning the forest and entering a home is not in accordance with the vow. Anyone born of noble lineage and with a mind, having entered the forest desiring Dharma, having completely abandoned the monastic robes, completely abandoning shame, should not approach the villages that destroy cities. Whether due to craving, delusion, or fear, who would take back what has been vomited? Craving, delusion, or fear, having abandoned desires, one takes them back again. Who completely burns

Like coming out of a toilet, After coming out, one wants to enter it again. Clearly seeing the faults, abandoning life at home, Yet foolishly wanting to accept it again. Not guarding anything, simply living at home and attaining liberation, Hearing such a statement is impossible. The Dharma of liberation, with tranquility as its essence, is everywhere; The Dharma of kings, with punishment as its essence, is everywhere. If one loves tranquility, then royal power will weaken; If one is attached to royal power, then tranquility will completely disappear. Like cold and warmth, fire and water, Tranquility and sharpness are incompatible. Fire and water cannot meet, Deceit and honesty cannot meet, Nobility and sin cannot meet, Tranquility and punishment cannot meet. Therefore, those lords of the earth, Will surely abandon the throne and attain tranquility. Approaching the throne, or hiding one's abilities, Ultimately failing to reach the goal, they arrogantly claim to have attained freedom. How do those people view royal power and tranquility? I have obtained the best forest, this is not accidental, Having cut the bonds of family and relatives, Having gained freedom, I do not want to enter it again. Thus, I My own awareness is in accordance with merit, Having abandoned hope and desire, I proclaim rational words. The king's son heard these words, The mantra holder also replied: This religious ritual that you have determined, Is not wisdom, nor is it the right time. In the prime of life, sacrificing oneself for the sorrow of parents, What you seek is not true Dharma. Surely, your wisdom is not sharp, Or you are not skilled in Dharma, meaning, and desire. For the sake of an unseen result, You despise the obvious and depart. Some say there is a future life, Some certainly assert that there is not. Thus, when this matter becomes uncertain, The ability to enjoy wealth is at hand. If there really is a return to rebirth, How can I rejoice in those efforts? If there is no return to rebirth at all, Then through tireless effort, liberation from samsara is achieved. Some fear
