Discipline. By the power of diligent supplication, tyai praṇāyibatsalaḥ. Going to Chakara, the Blessed One accepted the offering of the residence. The revered Blessed One went to Jeta Grove. The assembly of people filled Chakara with jewels, with a voice like honey. Not by their own merit, they were pleased with the Blessed One who was full of kindness. Therefore, they went to his residence. They made a very good offering. The Blessed One, after accepting the offering, When he went to the Victorious Grove, The assembly of beings with jewels, completely filled with a voice like honey. That pile of jewels of the poor, the residence, the residence. That which was given, in an instant became a pile of coal. After hearing about what happened, The voice like honey became painful. He said to them, "You in the past, did not fully perform good deeds. You did not give with love, did not make offerings to the Sangha. You did not revere the Blessed One, therefore you did not obtain these riches. Therefore, you should revere the Sugata, and the Sangha, etc., I will perfect all the things you enjoy." When they were thus prompted, they with that accumulation, and other offerings, for the sake of peace, offered to the Blessed One and the Sangha. Then, at that time, they performed good deeds, those whose sins were exhausted, saw their own homes ablaze with lamps, and completely filled with piles of jewels. Then, the awakened one, free from attachment, for the sake of peace, the voice like honey, ordained, accepted, that wise one went to the Blessed One. The Teacher taught.

Having abandoned Shravasti, observing the vow of restraint, He went to the monastery on the border, relying on the Karbata rock mountain. Endowed with intelligence, with a voice like honey, Having gone to the presence of the Blessed One, He took ordination in order to be completely pacified. Tamed by the Teacher's command, The ascetic abandoned Shravasti. The monastery on the border relied on the rock mountain. There, the people of the rock mountain, For the sake of completely pacifying the poison of afflictions, Went for refuge to the Three Jewels. At that time, thieves in the forest, Said they would seek an offering to Durga. The slanderous ones set out to search for people. They gave that monastery as a place to stay. Those who had vowed to offer Durga, The talebearer showed them. Having bound the assembly of monks who had gathered at the sound of the bell, "We desire only one monk for the offering." When the band of thieves had said this, The monks spoke in order. "Release all the monks for the sake of the offering!" When the elder spoke in order, With a voice like honey, he said, "I alone am worthy of the offering. Release the entire Sangha!" Having heard this, they seized that one who had the best form. Prepared to kill, they took him, his mind without change, to the terrible interior of the Durga temple.

In the forest. I saw something extremely terrifying. It was like the clouds at the end of time. With offerings arranged like a garland. Of rough buffalo and yak meat. Always filled with the sound of "ya stag" Heroic feet covered with hundreds of rays of blood. Like the bandhujiva flowers scattered on the ground. Adorned with hanging bells. Surrounded by the heads of heroes. Like death making offerings at the gate. Where flowers bloom. With fresh human blood, like bandhujiva. Like a garland of natural flowers. Hundreds of rays of blood from the Ruru deer. Covering the stone at the foot. Like death making offerings at the gate. Where flowers bloom. Adorned with hanging bells. Surrounded by the heads of heroes. The feet of the forest mother, with steps stained red. Like the lac-dye applied by the Shavari women. With offerings not yet received, offered with respect. By the Kirata women. The courtyard filled with lotus flowers made of the hearts of their own children. Seeing that, the assembly of beings. Suffering, weary, and unbearable. With the essence of detachment from samsara. Contemplated with the voice of honey. Then, all the defilements. Were completely exhausted, and Arhatship was manifested. That detached one from the three realms. With equanimity towards pleasure and displeasure. He thought, "By whose kindness. I have attained this place of happiness without samsara. Oh, this is the power of the teacher who cuts off existence. Cutting the strong iron chains of delusion and destroying the mountains of views. Crossing the unbearable river of craving.
