Becoming hasty. Again from behind the curtain, what is this like? Like this, for the Vidyadharas, joyfully descending from the sky, the flowers are scattered, becoming clear here. The king felt ashamed, thinking: If some goddesses also come here, and I am seen with a goddess, there will be talk of breaking the vow. He prostrated to the Lotus One, saying: You will be seen by the gods, and then he looked and left completely. The jester also followed and left. The king saw and gave away precious women, thinking and acting: This jewel on my head, exists meaninglessly like a brother. Now who will come to beg? Then, a Brahmin entered, saying: I am the beggar. The Lotus One looked and thought: What will this Gautama Brahmin beg for? The jester said: Goddess, this is also a Brahmin, we are everywhere bothered by Brahmins, and now he has come again. Or, Goddess, you hide behind the dense forest and watch, I will approach him. The Brahmin looked intently, thinking: This is the jewel on the crown of the gods, merely by its own splendor, it pervades the three realms. Like the birthplace of the auspicious lotus that exists at the beginning of the kalpa. Saying this, he said: King, may you be well! The king said: Welcome, please sit. His right eyelid twitched, thinking: How does the eye twitching to the right, especially foreshadow something? It must clearly appear, a complete, vast, praiseworthy, clear beggar. Great Brahmin, what do you want to beg for, please tell me. The Brahmin said with shyness: I certainly have a great desire. The king said happily: Shyness is fine, like treating yourself, all this is yours. The Brahmin said: For the sake of others, presenting the same taste, being a good friend to beings, bringing peace. My desire is the same as yours, which is the jewel on your head. The jester hastily approached, saying: Brahmin, don't you feel any shame? Joy of the same age.

Does the state of an aging body also cause suffering in this way? The king said: Do not treat it like a companion. Why do you cast my place of offering far away? This is the benefactor, I am the beggar here, why reverse the friendship? This is the being who goes to the path of Nirvana, the supreme vehicle of my omniscient one. Furthermore, wish-fulfilling jewels and beggars, the beggar who diligently seeks merit is more excellent. The wish-fulfilling jewel only gives wealth, but the beggar can generate all merits. Alas, Brahmin, take out this crest jewel and take it as you wish! The Brahmin said: The crest jewel of the gods, who can shake something like the peak of Mount Sumeru? The king said: Strike it with a stone and take it! Look, like a water tree without marrow, completely decayed, without a self-owned body, for the benefit of other beings, bringing joy, involuntarily arising. The jester said: Save me, save me! Forest gods, the cruel Brahmin is killing my companion, bringing happiness. The goddess was flustered, thinking that perhaps she would see other things, and approached. The Brahmin was surprised, thinking, have the forest gods come? Lotus Maiden said: What is this person named Son of Holy Heaven doing? The king said: With the fruit of the chariot of the mind. At Lotus Maiden, the Son of Holy Heaven's chariot of the mind is with fruit. The Brahmin's wish is fulfilled. The king said: It is enough to be completely deluded by self-grasping. Look, in the ocean of samsara, beings are driven by the force of karmic waves, the high are thrown to the low, and then who and what will they approach? The Brahmin said: Seeing your great compassion, I also have a real affection, let the crest jewel be put down for a while! Lotus Maiden said: Let the Brahmin follow like this! The jester happily said: Well said! The king was very displeased and said: Alas, Brahmin, you said other words, is it appropriate to do this? The Brahmin said: King, a plague has entered our country, so I took it away, and now I use it to entertain.

Hastily, how did the Brahmin speak? The Brahmin said: O King! Corpses and their respective houses are like terrible graveyards. Limbs stretched out, bodies dripping, like the remains of trees. Mount Meru is also being gnawed on the intestines by dogs and dakinis. This extreme decay has occurred in the land of Kuru. The King said: How painful! Brahmin, is there any way to completely pacify leprosy? The Brahmin said: In order to completely pacify the disease of death, worldly people have sent me to beg for such a wish-fulfilling jewel. The King was very happy, thinking that for the benefit of sentient beings, I should give away my wish-fulfilling jewel, so he proclaimed it everywhere. He took off the jewel from his head, untied the entangled roots. This jewel is as white as the great light of the full moon. In order to perfectly accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, he offered it to the two virtuous ones. May this lord of men eliminate all the diseases of all beings with this! After saying this, he fainted and fell to the ground. In the land of lotuses, ha! Son of the noble one, ha! Great powerful one, friend of the helpless, are you going to completely abandon me here? The jester said: Ha! Namo, joyful one, friend of all beings, great compassionate one, please protect! Please protect! Abandoning the wish-fulfilling tree, completely drying up the water treasury. The Brahmin thought: What am I doing staying here? I should accomplish the wish of that great being. So he stepped forward to look, and then a Muni came. I am burdened with unbearable sins, so before he sees me, I should run away, so he left. After that, the radiant sage with a precious garland also came forward. Why does a great sound fall inappropriately? Why does the great earth shake? Why are the winds also harsh and why do the directions also turn gray? Why is the sun also seized by Rahu, the lord of the planets, and loses its brilliance? Why is it that at noon, this place is shrouded in darkness? Like this, how can the lord of men suffer unwanted pain?
