The waters turned upside down. The wealthy woman was robbed of her wealth by the dense crops. The farmers, seeing this, became happy, for (the water) fell on the banks with the sound of truth. The water was muddied by the rivers. Thus, the holy one born on the plain tamed the mountain. Seeing the season of clouds, those ascetics, like friends, turned back from other places. With clear thought, they went forth more steadfastly. Then, the Bodhisattva, with words related to the Dharma that dispels the darkness of ignorance, like the light that illuminates the night, caused all the ascetics who had gone astray to enter and abide in the good path. They also came near to that great being, offering flowers of praise and abiding. First, with material giving, you satisfied us; then, with the nectar of the sacred Dharma, from then on, we enter into definite excellence. Destroying the darkness of delusion, like the sun in the darkness of night. Likewise, for the paths of equality and inequality, you have given instruction. If one as steadfast as you had not become a boat, then this world of the great river of suffering would have become a bubble. Alas, O bringer of happiness, O one who has love for beings, the supreme qualities of the virtuous are connected to you like pleasantness. All the great masses of darkness are completely destroyed by the lamp of wisdom. You are the first among the wise, like the syllable Om in the Vedas. (Oṃ, Devanagari: ओम्, IAST: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). Your virtues, which are exceedingly pure, have adorned these lands without interruption, like the rays of the spotless light of autumn, causing the lotus flowers that bloom at night to laugh. Thus, those ascetics, having manifested to those great beings, and in their own abodes, became single-mindedly absorbed in meditation. Thus, when the Bhagavan became a Bodhisattva, with truthful speech, he took hold of beings with material giving and Dharma giving, and having thought thus, one should generate faith in the Buddha Bhagavan. The ascetic's...

This is the chapter on births, the seventh chapter on births. The ornament without ornaments is patience. For the patient who is capable and unmoving, patience is the act towards the powerful. The seeker of the power of patience is the wise one. Thus it was heard: The place where attendants and people reside, always with inexhaustible wealth, the master of wealth like a vessel, the city dominated by the Ganges, like Mount Meru for the upholders, the great self of all the lords of the earth dwells above. There arose a king named Mount Meru, who is like the nature of all splendor. He also, at one time, riding on the most excellent chariot that is tame and powerful, white as moonlight and possessing luster, possessing all characteristics and having seven horses, in order to chase after the escaped wild animals, mingled with the wild animals, the sound of the chariot wheels frightened all the flocks of birds flying and moving, they swayed in the air. In the water of the pond, the mud falling from the body of the self-surpassing pig, covered with the sprouts of roots. The elephants exuded the fragrance of intoxication. In some places, the fierce wind lifted the burning offerings, and the crackling sound emanating from them was terrifying. The hunting parties that had entered deeply, their arrowheads stained with tiger footprints, roamed in the mountain forests where dust could be seen. Wherever they went, they were filled with fear. The groups of wild animals, their eyes very frightened. That king of men, riding in the chariot, there, From the quiver he took out arrows and pursued. The two wheels of the chariot, the spokes without gaps. Powerless to move, as if spinning and still. The horses of the chariot also appeared because of their speed, Briefly appearing and moving, having the tips of their manes. Then, that king, because the chariot was moving, his headdress was unstable, in order to dispel his fatigue, a shady drinker came near. He stayed in the army that had been abandoned long ago. Gradually, the wheels of the chariot crushed the flowers into powder, scattered on their respective tops.
