Incomparable to the great rock, The lord of the land is without weapons. How will he come from the forest with fear? The arm is broken and fallen. Or he is harmed by one with balanced power. The tips of the kusha grass pierce his soft soles. Now wanting to drink water, how will he drink? He has obtained unexpected ruin. Even surrounded by people, how is he like an elephant? Or, the path to the god with the fruits of pleasure and pain, Who will cross, and how will he cross? If the lord of men knows nothing of this, Surely we also want to die. However, even the elephant king with a mane, Does not like the herd of female elephants on the mountain in the forest. The elephant tamer gives commands with correct teachings, Having understood, one should know. Who will say that the king on earth is alive? Again, when will we see the one who holds the glory of the lord of men, with a face like the moon, captivating with longing? Thus, the retinue of consorts wailed single-mindedly, tears washing away the rouge, they sighed deeply, and the ministers, with their attendants, rode in chariots, proceeding in order. They followed the footprints of the elephant king, the footprints trampling the grass and tubers, drops of mad water falling everywhere, reaching the end of the grass sprouts with fragrance, and the swarms of honeybees surrounding that path. There, they saw the heavy jewels fallen from the pearl strings, the base with fragrance, the thread of white pearl strings entangled in the grass, near the mountain, the pearl necklace swaying there, emitting light like a very white belly, the people of the lord of men saw it. Seeing the pearl necklace, the ministers thought that the god must be near. They went a short distance from there, and under that banyan tree, the king was dried up by thirst, his body turned gray, his headdress fallen, and he was in pain, struck by the trees full of sharp thorns.

His feelings became visible. Descending from the horses and chariots, those with joyful minds, like the gods seeing the lord of gods emerging from the lotus root holes, respectfully paid homage. That lord of men also spoke to all those people. Then, those ministers, rejoicing like the son of ten chariots, mounted that best chariot, and when they returned from the monastery grounds to that city, the stables were bound with garlands of various fragrant flowers, with bees definitely attached, and flags and banners waving. The great road was made fragrant with water mixed with fragrance. Immersed in the joyous festivals of various dances, it made the hearts of the residents of the radiant royal palace city rejoice. That elephant, also watching with desire for the female elephant, walked as if accustomed to proudly holding the tip of the plow. The elephant trainer, with a mind completely bewildered by fear and shame, came together with the elephant to the king's presence. That elephant trainer, trembling with fear, then saw that lord of men. His eyes changed in an instant with anger, red like a red lotus without stamens. With an angry voice, the king, whose face was like a defiled moon, said to the lowly elephant trainer: You wicked one, who has instigated you? Why have you made me blame this arrogant, evil elephant? He said: With my words, I can make this best elephant burn the iron mountain to ashes, but now let you see your true face. Then, like the rising sun, that elephant stood before him. Taking out the iron mountain from the dung, he then put it down. He said to the minister: Surrounded by wonderful ministers, ride the elephant and bring the iron mountain. Having heard that, he took up the bamboo cane and said to the elephant: Be blind! But it did not disobey.
