The perfection of patience has been taught. By saying "etc." the perfection of diligence is taught, because it enters into both the accumulations of merit and wisdom. "Even if perfect" means having obtained the position of a king of gods, becoming endowed with whatever enjoyment is desired. "Being controlled by compassion" means that the previously taught perfection of intention is taught. "Not becoming lax in striving for the sake of the world" means that the previously taught perfection of action is taught. "The one with glory is wine, therefore it is called glorious wine." Being intoxicated by it is being intoxicated by glorious wine. "The one with glory, his mind completely disturbed by wine, even abandoning his own benefit" is carelessness. "Those with mindfulness" means having mindfulness, for the sake of discipline and the benefit of others. In order to show the very possession of mindfulness. It is said, "To sentient beings tormented by many sufferings." The summarized meaning here is that because of having the qualities of compassion, steadfastness, and wisdom, one does not completely forget to act for the benefit of others. Cherishing sentient beings and not being attached to one's own happiness, abiding in steadfast conduct, and knowing the nature of wisdom. The compassionate one is the one who strives to turn away from the path of non-virtue. Loving-kindness is benefit and happiness, and so on. "With the eye of great power" means with the divine eye. "By the fault of relying on an unwholesome friend" means that because it arises from conditions, one cannot turn back by oneself, therefore it is called a fault. Saying "together with ministers and subjects" is harmful to many people, because that is its cause. "For it" means for drinking alcohol. "Also becoming not regarding it as a fault" means showing that one has lost the ability to regard it as a fault. "Great fault" this indicates it itself. All of these are the cause of intention, so it is said, "After drinking, it is very delicious at first." Being delicious at first is being ignorant of regarding it as a fault, because later one also becomes ignorant of the faults that follow. "Becoming good" means

It is considered to be both superior and definitely good. Furthermore, "like a wrong path" means like a bad path. "Slightly rough" means slightly rough. Because it is a hair knot, it is a hair knot. Because it is tied upwards, it is coiled. Because it is both slightly rough and coiled, it is slightly rough and coiled. Where there is a slightly rough and coiled hair knot, that is, it has a slightly rough and coiled hair knot. They wear two kinds of things: tree bark and deer skin. Being filled with alcohol means being filled with alcohol, and the bottle also manifests. "Generating respect" means generating similar respect, meaning following respect. Whoever wears a garland of flowers around their neck is wearing a garland of flowers around their neck. It is decorated with ornaments, with what is it decorated? With the ornament of the bottle, the ornament of the bottle is worn on the ears. "Your body" means appearance. "Therefore" refers to the reasons that will be explained below. Because you are not afraid of other worlds, etc. "We" refers to people. "Like you" refers to the gods. This verse, "This is water," etc., is to cause others to fall for the sake of drinking alcohol, because they do not want yogurt, etc., so it is to show that they are not happy with those, and it is an extreme praise for worldly things such as water, etc., therefore these are mentioned. What was mentioned above will not be regarded as a fault, and drinking alcohol is also regarded as a great fault, this is to truly show the fault of drinking alcohol, which is shown by seventeen verses. Among them, there are two kinds of faults of drinking alcohol: the fault of seeing the Dharma and other faults arising from it. Among them, in terms of the fault of seeing the Dharma, there are thirteen verses, and there are also two kinds of faults of seeing the Dharma: the fault of not increasing activities, like death; and the fault of engaging in non-activities, like being drunk. Among them, in terms of the fault of not increasing activities, the order is briefly shown in one verse. The next life
