The asceticism of Yoga. One should not grieve, for that is the cause of the decline of the great. One should not be angry even with the king who harms me. Why not grieve? Because one knows the end of the aggregation of the body. Why not be angry? Because patience has become habitual and familiar to beings. 'Its mind' refers to one's own mind. Therefore, it is not completely ruined by joy. Individual examination is my great suffering. The compassionate one is towards the harmer. In the forest of asceticism, great suffering arises for oneself because one possesses great patience. Being harmed by that suffering is because one is of the nature of compassion. Immediately after that, the plague refers to the Bodhisattva immediately after being dismembered. Finally emerging from the nearby forest. This refers to the manifestation of the great Bodhisattva, meaning to go immediately. 'Foolish' refers to the cause of ignorance. What is particularly unstable? It is the most unstable, therefore it is the unstable one. Mentioning women and children, etc., are objects of compassion. Brahmins are fields of merit. The suffering of death and disease, the condensed meaning of this is that one grieves over the pervasive afflictions of birth, the pervasive afflictions of karma, and the pervasive afflictions of defilements, but where would one be angry? The suffering of death and disease shows the affliction itself through the pervasive afflictions of birth. 'Being under the control of desire and hatred' shows the affliction itself through the pervasive afflictions of defilements. 'Being angry with wrongdoing' shows the affliction itself through the pervasive afflictions of karma. Even if it ripens for me, it is not for that. Why? In order to accomplish it. 'The happy one is followed by suffering,' the following verse was spoken. 'Unable to protect' means that karma is to be taken as one's own.

Returning. The phrase "even if the king dies" means that the king is not merely transient. The phrase "if born" means if there is birth. The phrase "therefore" means that if there is birth, there is suffering, because birth is the root of suffering. Birth itself should be regarded as an enemy, because if there is no birth, there is no suffering. If there is birth, one will experience suffering. Considering the cause of not being able to endure, the verse "dwelling in the forest" is mentioned. The phrase "dwelling in the forest" indicates that all attachments have been abandoned. The phrase "knowing to renounce" indicates that one has vowed to be patient. Because renunciates have the power of patience, the phrase "to those who speak of patience" refers to showing others the key to patience. These two indicate that renunciates are patient. Knowing shame and having a sense of propriety also indicate that there is no situation of being unable to endure. The phrase "dying soon" means that because the next life is near, it is easy to generate the cause of the fruit of being unable to endure. The Jataka Tales Extensively Explained, composed by the teacher Hero, ends with the Jataka Tale of Speaking of Patience. Faults are to be severely condemned. The phrase "merely worldly happiness" is because it is merely a trivial matter. Worldly happiness is because it is far from the suffering of accumulation and protection, etc. That is why it is said to be "merely worldly happiness." The phrase "all beings in the world are controlled by carelessness" is because they do not even pursue their own happiness. The phrase "even the happiness of meditation" also refers to the particularly excellent happiness of meditation. That excellent happiness is different from other happinesses because it is free from the faults of accumulation, etc., and ultimately becomes the cause of going to a good destination. Wherever there is a realm of much malice, wherever there is a realm of much harm, wherever there is a realm of much desire, that is the realm of desire with much malice and harm. If you look at that. The phrase "by the fault of relying on bad friends" indicates that one will rely on the voices of others.

Furthermore, the phrase "accustomed to inappropriate attention" indicates the fault, which is inappropriate attention itself. The term "dense with wrong views" implies that wrong views have not been fully examined, thus indicating that it is conditioned by both. The ripening of virtuous and non-virtuous actions, because of the unsurpassed nature of the next world, where would the ripening of virtuous and non-virtuous fruits be? Because the next world does not exist either. The lack of interest in practicing Dharma, that is it. This refers to the lack of interest in building temples, monasteries, sangharamas, and ponds, etc. Alternatively, giving and the like are themselves Dharma, and through these, it shows the reversal from thought. What is well-practiced, such as giving and moral conduct, is the well-practiced giving and moral conduct, turning one's back on accomplishing them. This indicates the separation from the activity of engaging in giving and the like. Why does it exist in that way? To explain its cause, the verse "from virtuous and non-virtuous actions" is spoken. From virtuous actions, ten kinds of happiness arise. From non-virtuous actions, suffering arises. The term "the other shore" indicates the next world itself. The phrase "abandoning sin" means that sin causes suffering, and causing suffering is because it is unwanted. Striving greatly in virtuous places is because happiness arises, and happiness is because desire arises. The phrase "those without faith" refers to virtue and the like. It is oneself who will fall into the lower realms. Not only oneself, but also in this way, making the worlds meaningless, because it is contrary to giving and moral conduct, etc. The term "good" means pleasing. Mentioning "extremely secluded" is to show it broadly. Mentioning "immeasurable palace" means that oneself resides in that direction. Because one can go unimpeded into the immeasurable palace, it shows that one possesses magical powers. Your feet and hands are beautiful, etc.
