Those that have become the place of arising, are said to be the opposite of the qualities previously explained, that is, without qualities. "Steadfast" is what was previously explained by the verse "Giving benefit is incurring debt." "The power of faults" refers to the latter half of the verse "The master has no compassion and relies on," and this verse "Without qualities." "The young army, land, and ministers" means to accomplish things with happiness. "The helpless subjects and renunciants and Brahmins" should also be made happy. If the Dharma is increased, then one will have two kinds of happiness, namely, the increase of fame and the increase of power. This refers to happiness in this life. Or, it means that one will be happy in both situations. This is the Jataka of the Monkey King from the extensive explanation of the Jataka made by the teacher Hero. "Habituated to patience" means that in previous lives, the cause of patience was cultivated. Saying "Examining separately" means through the cause of examining separately. Or, "Habituated to patience" is said to show that it is the patience that arises from cultivation. It is indicated by the verses beginning with "Living at home has many faults." Living at home means having the defilements of birth, the defilements of karma, and the defilements of affliction. Among them, "Having the suffering of many faults" indicates that in the seen Dharma, one is defiled by the defilements of birth. "Not being pacified by indulging in power and desire" indicates that one has been defiled by the defilements of birth for a long time. Greed, hatred, and so on indicate that one is defiled by the defilements of affliction. Afflictions are also of two kinds, those to be abandoned by seeing and those to be abandoned by cultivation. Therefore, they should be connected to the defilements as appropriate. "Knowing that there is no opportunity to practice Dharma due to the share of bad deeds" indicates the defilements of karma. Without such faults...

The so-called "Sukhavati" refers to a state completely free from such afflictions. Mentioning "discipline" refers to teaching higher discipline. Mentioning "extensive learning" refers to teaching higher wisdom. Mentioning "perfect peace" refers to higher mind. It is named "speaking of patience through three things," mentioning enduring and not losing the intention, etc. Because the established intention is also bound by words, therefore it is called speaking of patience. Praising patience and teaching others the Dharma that corresponds to it is also the same. It means vowing to speak of patience oneself, praising the merits of patience, and speaking of patience to others. The name "endowed with asceticism" is because the intention to endure is not lost. "Powerful" refers to praising patience and teaching others the Dharma that corresponds to it. For now, it is reasonable that I am called speaking of patience because I do not lose the intention of patience. Then, why praise patience and teach the Dharma that corresponds to it? Therefore, it is said, "Knowing the power of patience," this verse is spoken. The so-called "Knowing the power of patience" is the reason for praising patience. "Adorning the world like oneself" refers to the reason for teaching the Dharma that corresponds to it in order. It is also said, "Always speaking of patience," the so-called always speaking has two ways. "Great patience becomes self-nature," this verse is spoken because it summarizes what was said earlier and shows that it can be understood. The so-called "Great patience becomes self-nature" refers to showing the previously mentioned non-loss of the intention to endure. The so-called "With words that match its meaning" refers to praising the previously mentioned patience and constantly teaching the Dharma that corresponds to it, which is what it shows. Extremely secluded and delightful means extremely secluded and delightful. All times
