No. In order to explain abandoning and relying on good and bad views, (it says) "Evil people should be kept far away." This is the latter half, explaining that by relying on good views, that is, relying on the noble ones, one will be able to fully understand the noble ones, which is relying on which virtuous friend. What is completely abandoned is the evil friend, that is, "pretending to hold vows without holding vows." This is this verse, in order to explain who is the evil friend, (it says) "Monks who are Rakshasas on the earth." This refers to this. With the half verse of "speaking without cause," etc., it explains the characteristics of the evil friend. Therefore, with the latter half of "the wise," etc., it explains the difference of not creating evil deeds. Not creating also has two aspects, that is, completely abandoning and returning from evil views. (It says) "Even if incompatible people become very famous," meaning that one should not rely on them in any way. In order to illustrate the metaphor, (it says) "Winter," etc., meaning that in any case, even if incompatible people gain fame, one should not befriend them, then others are also not needed in the same way, let alone. After explaining the faults with metaphors, with the ten verses of "those who abandon qualities should be abandoned," etc., it is to guide correct understanding, that is, to guide understanding of what? It guides the understanding of achieving the perfect nature of oneself, among which, one's own nature is explained by the three verses of "those who abandon qualities," etc., the so-called "they" refers to obtaining from relying on the noble ones and abandoning the non-noble ones for a long time, because relying on the noble ones and abandoning the non-noble ones have not completely guarded the good and bad views, so they will be separated from all good medicines. Plowing the fields is the root cause of poverty. Here it mentions "for them, there are various kinds of merchandise," which is based on the nature of cities and wealth, that is, what are the various kinds of merchandise

Those are the ones. Their buying and selling is trade. Engaging in various kinds of trade is trading in various goods. Those are the merchants, premised on going to other places, waterways, and land routes to obtain things. The so-called people around the palace are premised on living in the city. The so-called levying of taxes, the people are also divided into two types: ordinary city residents who levy taxes, which shows the nature of the castle. The so-called merchants levying taxes, this shows the nature of wealth, because they are merchants, protecting them also protects wealth, because wealth depends on merchants. Combining these two into one, it shows the perfection of wealth. The so-called without fault, etc., is premised on the nature of the law. The so-called disrespect is disrespecting the law, showing the fault of not complying. Those who are not fully protected, because they are not fully protected, show other qualities, that is, proving that the local residents were previously protected. Now, in order to explain following and levying taxes, three verses are spoken: "Thus, those with discipline, wisdom, and virtue." Among them, in order to explain benefit, the verse "Thus, those with discipline, wisdom, and virtue" is spoken. The residence of one's own people is also divided into two types: residence and lineage. Among them, the first verse is premised on residence. Discipline, hearing, yoga, and discipline, hearing, yoga, these are virtues. Mentioning yoga includes shamatha and vipassana. The so-called proclaiming above the shamatha and vipassana of discipline is showing shamatha and vipassana themselves, these are virtues. Fully seeing those virtues, this shows the perfection of accomplishing one's own benefit. The so-called virtues known for great qualities, this shows the perfection of accomplishing the benefit of others. The so-called known itself is known. That known itself is virtue, because

Those who proclaim the virtues of that very thing are known to possess great merit. 'Rejecting and abandoning' means to abandon manifestation, prostration, service, following, listening, and so forth. 'The door to the heavens will be opened and liberation attained' means that the cause of manifest sublimity and definite goodness is contradicted by despising and denigrating noble beings, and by failing to protect them, which is the characteristic of the door to the heavens. 'Extracting' refers to establishing the power to accomplish, and the two verses 'Whoever plucks unripe fruit from a tree' are cited to show the fault of extracting and taking before the time is ripe. For example, 'Whoever plucks unripe fruit from a tree' is like extracting without Dharma. 'Seeds that are spoiled' is like saying that the land is also ruined. 'The taste is not yet certain' is like saying that because it is not Dharma, extracting it is of no benefit. To show the opposite of the faults previously shown, the merit of protecting with Dharma, the verse 'Thus, the tree is perfect in virtue' is spoken. If it is protected until it ripens, it is like a tree being the land protected by a king. Giving the fruit of perfect virtue is like combining Dharma, politics, happiness, and prosperity. 'A wise minister, intimate' refers to the status of ministers and friends. 'Intimate' means wanting to be in accord with his mind. 'Wise' means possessing innate and cultivated wisdom. 'Intimate' shows ability. 'A friend without faults' means acting without confusion. 'My family members' means without faults, that is, acting without confusion. 'Speaking with joy' shows pleasant words. 'And bestowing rewards with offerings' refers to both offerings and rewards. Therefore, offerings and these three show the objects of attraction, namely, generosity, kind speech, and beneficial action.
