།ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་མགོན་བཅས་བགྱིས་པ་ལེགས། །ཨེ་མའོ་བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས་ནི་དོན་ཡོད་པ། །རིང་ཞིག་ལོན་ནས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་རྒྱལ། །དེ་ནས་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བས་དེ་མགུ་བར་བྱས་ནས་ཡང་སྨྲས་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བསམ་པ་དག་པ་ནི། །ང་ཡིས་སྔར་ནས་མི་ཤེས་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མིག་འདི་གཉིས། །དེ་ལྟར་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྦྱིན་པས་ན། །དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱར་ནི་ཁོར་ཡུག་ཏུ། །བྲག་རི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བར་བཅད་ཀྱང༌། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མིག་ནི་འདི་གཉིས་ཀྱིས། །ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་སྨྲས་ནས། བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དེ་ཉིད་དུ་མི་སྣང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བློན་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་དང༌། རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བ་རྣམས་དང་ཕོ་བྲང་འཁོར་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཡ་མཚན་ཆེ་ཞིང་སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་མིག་གིས་ལྟ་ཞིང༌། བྲམ་ཟེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་རྒྱལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཚིག་སྨྲ་བས་མངོན་པར་དགའ་བར་བྱས་ཏེ། ཕོ་བྲང་དམ་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་བ་དན་སྣ་ཚོགས་བཙུགས་པ། མངོན་པར་མཐོ་བའི་རྒྱན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་པར་ཕྱིན་ནས། འཁོར་གྱི་ནང་ན་འདུག་སྟེ་དགའ་བ་ལྟ་ བའི་ཕྱིར་ལྷགས་པའི་བློན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང༌། ཕོ་བྲང་འཁོར་གྱི་མི་ཡ་རབས་རྣམས་ལ་དེ་ལྟར་བདག་གིས་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བའི་ཆོས་བཤད་དེ། རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ལས་གྱུར་པའི། །ལྷ་ཡི་མཐུ་ལྡན་ང་ཡི་མིག་མཐོང་ནས། །ཕོངས་པ་རྣམས་ནི་ནོར་གྱིས་མགུ་བྱས་ལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་ནི་སུ་ཞིག་བསྒྲིམ་པ་ལྷོད། །དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱ་ནི་ཚུན་ཆད་དུ། །བྲག་རི་མང་པོས་བར་བཅད་ཀྱང༌། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རིང་ན་གནས་པ་ཡང༌། །བལྟ་བར་བྱ་བ་གསལ་བར་མཐོང༌། །གང་ཕྱིར་མི་ཡི་མིག་ནི་འདིར་བྱིན་ནས། །མི་ལས་འདས་བའི་ལྷ་མིག་བདག་གིས་ཐོབ། །གཞན་ལ་བརྩེ་ཞིང་དུལ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །སྦྱིན་ལས་གཞན་པའི་མངོན་མཐོའི་ཐབས་གང་ཡོད། །ཤི་པི་པ་རྣམས་དེ་ལྟར་རིག་བྱས་ནས། །སྦྱིན་དང་སྤྱད་པས་ནོར་རྣམས་དོན་ཡོད་བྱོས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་དང་གཞན་ལའང་འདི་ཉིད་ནི། །གྲགས་པ་ཆེ་བའི་བདེ་བ་འབྱུང་བའི་ལམ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕན་ཕྱིར་བྱིན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ། །སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པའི་ནོར་ཡང་སྙིང་པོར་སྤྱོད། །སྦྱིན་པ་བྱས་ན་གཏེར་དང་འདྲ་བར་འགྱུར། །མ་སྦྱིན་ན་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཆུད་ཟོས་འགྱུར། །དེ་ལྟར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེས་བདག་ཅག་གི་ཕྱིར་བྱ་དཀའ་བ་མང་པོས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་འདི་བསྒྲུབས་པ་ཡིན་པས། རིམ་གྲོ་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཆོ

您以利益有情为怀，善哉！唉玛吙！福德资粮真实不虚，长久以来您已功德圆满。此后，帝释天以“善哉！善哉！”之语赞叹他，并说道：国王，您的心念纯净，我并非先前不知。国王，您将这双眼睛如此布施，在方圆百由旬的范围内，即使被岩石山脉阻隔，您的这双眼睛也能毫无阻碍地看见。说完，帝释天便隐身不见了。之后，菩萨与各位大臣以及随从和宫廷侍从们，都以惊奇和极度喜悦的目光注视着他。婆罗门们也以“愿您胜利！”的吉祥祝愿之语，表达了极大的喜悦。于是，前往装饰着各种旗帜和幡幢的庄严宫殿，在饰有高耸华丽装饰的宫殿中安坐。为了观赏喜悦，前来的大臣等婆罗门以及宫廷中的贤良之士，我为他们讲述了自己所经历的佛法：由殊胜布施的福德所化现，我以具有天神力量的眼睛看见，用财富使贫困者满足，世间谁会吝啬呢？在一百由旬的范围内，即使被众多岩石山脉阻隔，也能清晰地看见远处的事物。因为我在此布施了人的眼睛，所以获得了超越人类的天眼。除了由慈悲和调伏所产生的布施之外，还有什么其他获得增上的方法呢？希毗王等明白了这些道理后，通过布施和享用，使财富变得有意义。无论在今生还是来世，这都是获得巨大名声和幸福的途径。为了利益世间而进行的布施，即使是无意义的财富也能变得有意义。布施就像宝藏一样，不布施就会白白浪费。如是，世尊为了我们，以诸多难行之行成就了这殊胜之法，我们应当恭敬供养。

It is excellent that you have acted with the protectors of beings! Emaho! The accumulation of merit is meaningful. You have long since attained victory through your blessings. Then, Indra, pleased him with the words, "Well done! Well done!" and said again: King, your mind is pure, it is not that I did not know it before. King, these two eyes of yours, because you give them away like that, in a circumference of a hundred yojanas, even if blocked by rocky mountains, your eyes will see without obstruction. Having said that, Indra disappeared on the spot. Then the Bodhisattva, the great ministers, the followers, and the people of the palace looked with eyes that were amazed and greatly delighted. The Brahmins also rejoiced greatly, speaking words of auspiciousness, "May you be victorious!" Then, having gone to the sacred palace adorned with various banners and flags, and adorned with ornaments of great height, he sat in the midst of his entourage and spoke the Dharma that I had experienced to the ministers and other Brahmins who had come to see the joy, and to the virtuous people of the palace: From the merit of excellent giving, I have seen with my divine power-endowed eyes, and have satisfied the poor with wealth. Who in the world would be stingy? Within a hundred yojanas, even if blocked by many rocky mountains, one can clearly see what is to be seen, even if it is very far away. Because I gave human eyes here, I have obtained divine eyes that transcend humanity. What other means of exaltation is there other than giving, which arises from love and gentleness? Having understood this, the Shibi kings made their wealth meaningful through giving and using. This is the path to great fame and happiness in this world and the next. Whatever is given for the benefit of the world, even meaningless wealth is used meaningfully. Giving is like a treasure, and not giving is a great waste. Thus, the Bhagavan accomplished this sacred Dharma for our sake through many difficult deeds, so we should cultivate reverence and offer.
