若能品尝寂静的滋味,则会从欲望中 वापस लौट go(梵文罗马拟音:vāpasa lauṭa go,返回)——这也应适用于讲述寂静之语。

It is most peaceful. Household matters are accomplished by the forceful. Therefore, there is a fault of contradicting the Dharma in being at home. Who would stay at home wishing to benefit me? Dharma is abandoning attachment to happiness. Achieving happiness is also not necessarily certain. If one does not eat the food of ghosts, fame will not arise. Suffering arises in the mind, and one falls into lower realms. Therefore, those skilled in the ways of things do not pursue means of happiness that contradict the Dharma. Furthermore, I do not see this statement that being at home is happiness as something to be believed. The suffering of striving and protecting, etc., is the basis for the suffering of binding and killing. Even kings are not satisfied with wealth. Just as the ocean is not filled by rainfall. If one is not completely under the control of realization, then how and when will one find happiness in this? Indulging in desire out of ignorance is like scratching an itchy wound, it will eventually be exhausted. Furthermore, this is mostly the case: when a household is wealthy, it mostly becomes arrogant. Noble families are very proud and haughty with power. When suffering, they are angry, and when declining, they become discouraged. Therefore, when will they ever be truly peaceful? Therefore, here is my advice to you, monk: pride, arrogance, and ignorance are the nest of snakes. The home is a fearful place for those who delight in peace. The home is a place of many unbearable sufferings, like a pit, who would dwell there? For those who are content and desire little, the home is a secluded grove of great peace. How joyful the mind becomes! Such happiness is not found even in the realm of the gods. Therefore, even if one wears poor clothes in the grove, relying on others for sustenance, it is still worthwhile. Just as one does not eat poisonous food, one does not desire happiness mixed with non-Dharma. Thus, with pleasing words, he convinced his father's friend, and with great reverence and special honor, he greatly pleased that great bodhisattva. Therefore, since living at home harms the vows and the antidote to peace, those who wish to help me should completely abandon living at home. If one tastes the flavor of solitude, one will वापस लौट go (Sanskrit transliteration: vāpasa lauṭa go, meaning: return) from desire—this should also be applied to speaking of solitude. This is the eighteenth story of being born into a wealthy royal family. Most
