་བ་ནི་བཏང༌། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་དང་སྡོམ་པ་དང་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་པ་ལ་ནི་འབད། དགྲར་འཛིན་པ་ལས་ནི་ཕྱིར་ཕྱོགས། གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་དགའ་བ་དང་མགུ་བར་ནི་བྱེད། འཐབ་པ་དང་རྩོད་པ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི། བླ་མའི་མན་ངག་ཉན་ཅིང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པར་ནི་བྱེད། བགོ་བཤའ་བྱེད་པ་ལ་བག་ཚ་བ་ནི་མེད། གློ་བུར་དུ་འོངས་པ་ལ་མགྲོན་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ནི་དགའ་ཞིང་དུལ་བ་དང༌། གུས་པར་བྱ་བ་ལ་ནི་འབད་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། རྫོགས་ ལྡན་གྱི་དུས་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ཤི་བས་འཇིགས་ཤིང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕ་རོལ་སེམས། །རིགས་ཀྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྲགས་པ་བསྲུང་བ་དང༌། །བསམ་པ་དག་ཅིང་ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་པ་ཡིས། །སྐྱེ་བོ་རང་གི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་དྲི་མེད་བརྒྱན། །ཇི་ལྟ་ཇི་ལྟར་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཆོས་འབད་པ། །དེ་ལྟ་དེ་ལྟར་སྲུང་མ་ཁྱད་པར་དུ། །ཚུལ་བཞིན་མི་བྱེད་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཚོལ་བར་གྱུར། །དེས་ནི་ཆོས་ལས་སུ་ཡང་གཡོས་མ་གྱུར། །རང་གི་ཡུལ་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་ཐོས་གྱུར་ནས། །རྒྱལ་པོ་དགའ་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་ནི། །དགའ་བའི་གཏམ་སྙན་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྒྲགས་པ་ཡིས། །བློན་པོ་མགུ་བར་བྱས་ནས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། །ང་ནི་འབངས་རྣམས་བསྲུང་བར་རབ་ཏུ་སེམས། །དེ་རྣམས་ཀུན་ཀྱང་ད་ནི་སྦྱིན་གནས་གྱུར། །ང་ནི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱེད་འདོད་ཅེས་བསམས་ནས། །མཆོད་སྦྱིན་ཕྱིར་ནི་ནོར་རྫས་བསགས་པ་འདི། །གང་ཞིག་བདེ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ནོར་གང་འདོད། །ང་ཡི་དྲུང་ནས་འདི་དག་ཅི་བདེར་ཁྱེར། །འདི་ལྟར་ང་ཡི་ཡུལ་ནི་དབེན་སྤྱོད་པའི། །དབུལ་བ་ནི་ནས་ཡུལ་ན་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། །འབངས་རྣམས་བསྲུང་བར་སེམས་པར་ང་འདུག་ཅིང༌། །གྲོགས་ལྡན་ཡོ་བྱད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་བཞིན་དུ། །སྐྱེ་བོ་ཕོངས་བྱེད་ང་ནི་མི་བཟོད་པ། །ང་ཡི་སེམས་ནི་ཡང་ཡང་བསྲེགས་པ་བཞིན། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་བློན་པོ་རྣམས་ལེགས་སོ་སྙམ་ནས་དེའི་ཆིག་མཉན་ཏེ། །གྲོང་དང་ལྗོངས་དང་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ལམ་གྱི་ངལ་བསོ་བའི་ས་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སྦྱིན་བཏང་གི་ཁང་པ་བརྩིགས་ནས། རྒྱལ་པོས་ཇི་སྐད་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་བཞིན་དུ། ཉིན་རེ་ཞིང་ཕོངས་པ་རྣམས་ཅི་འདོད་པའི་ནོར་གྱིས་མགུ་བར་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སྐྱེ་བོ་དེ་དག་དབུལ་བོར་ཏེ། །ས་བདག་ལས་ནི་མཐུན་པར་ནོར་ཐོབ་ནས། །རྣམ་མང་གོས་དར་རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱན་གྱིས་བརྒྱན། །དགའ་སྟོན་བཞིན་དུ་བཟང་པོས་བརྒྱན་པར་གྱུར། །ཕོངས་པ་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་ནས་བསྟོད་པའི་ཚིག །རྒྱལ་པོའི་གྲགས་པ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་པ། །མཚོ་ལས་པདྨའི་གེ་སར་ཕྱེ་མ་དང༌། །རླབས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྱོད་དེ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཁྱབ་པ་བཞིན། །དེ་ལྟར

舍弃争斗。努力于戒律和誓言，以及正确地受持。远离敌对。使彼此欢喜和满足。争斗和争论完全止息。听闻上师的教诲并随顺。对于分配没有吝啬。对于突然到来的人，喜欢以宾客之礼相待，并且温顺。努力于恭敬之事。如同圆满时代一般。畏惧死亡，思念来世。守护种姓的傲慢和名声。以清净的意念和知耻心，人们以自己无垢的戒律来庄严自己。人们如何努力于佛法，护法神也特别地寻找不如法行事的人。因此，谁也没有从佛法中动摇。自己的国家听到这些之后，国王以欢喜的特殊方式庄严自己，以广泛宣扬欢喜的佳话，使大臣们欢喜之后下令说：我非常关心守护臣民。他们现在都成了布施的对象。我想要做供养布施，这样想着，为了供养布施而积聚的这些财物，谁想要带来安乐的财物，就从我这里随意拿走这些。这样，我的国家里，隐居修行者的贫困将会消失。我一心想着守护臣民，如同拥有朋友和圆满的资具一般。我无法忍受人们受穷，我的心就像被反复焚烧一样。之后，那位国王的大臣们觉得很好，听从了他的命令，在所有的村庄、地区、城镇以及道路的休息之处，都建造了布施的房屋。如同国王所说的那样，每天都以贫困者想要的东西使他们满足。之后，那些人们脱离了贫困，从国王那里如愿以偿地获得了财富，以各种各样的丝绸衣服和珍贵的装饰品来庄严自己，如同节日一般，以美好来庄严自己。贫困者非常欢喜，赞美的言辞，国王的名声向四面八方传播开来，如同从海中莲花的雄蕊花粉，被波浪推动而遍布各处一样。

Abandoning strife. Striving for discipline and vows, and for correct adherence. Turning away from hostility. Making each other happy and content. Strife and contention completely cease. Listening to the instructions of the guru and following them. There is no stinginess in distribution. For those who come suddenly, delighting in treating them as guests, and being gentle. Striving for acts of reverence. It becomes like the time of perfect completion. Fearing death and contemplating the afterlife. Guarding the pride and fame of lineage. With pure intention and a sense of shame, people adorn themselves with their own immaculate discipline. As people strive for the Dharma, the guardian deities especially seek out those who act improperly. Therefore, no one wavers from the Dharma. After hearing these things in his own country, the king adorned himself in a special way of joy, and by widely proclaiming the joyous news, he pleased the ministers and then commanded: I am very concerned about protecting the subjects. They have all now become objects of charity. Thinking that I want to make offerings and give alms, whoever wants wealth that brings happiness, take these things from me as you please. In this way, in my country, the poverty of hermits will disappear. I am focused on protecting the subjects, as if possessing friends and perfect resources. I cannot bear the suffering of people, my heart is like being repeatedly burned. Then, the ministers of that king thought it was good and obeyed his command, building houses for charity in all the villages, regions, towns, and resting places along the roads. As the king had said, every day he satisfied the poor with whatever wealth they desired. Then, those people were freed from poverty, obtaining wealth from the king as they wished, adorning themselves with various silk clothes and precious ornaments, adorning themselves with beauty as if it were a festival. The poor were very happy, words of praise, the king's fame spread in all directions, like the pollen of lotus stamens from the sea, being carried by the waves and spreading everywhere.
