The sound of many people wailing arose, coming out from the great capital city. Due to the influence of the retinue, those who followed, tormented by sorrow, their faces covered with tears, were forcefully turned back. He himself took the reins and went to Mount Bangkala Gala. Having passed the pleasant and beautiful gardens near the capital city, without disturbance in his mind, gradually, with sparse shade trees and infrequent gatherings of people, many wild animals roaming, directions clearly visible, a quiet monastery where the sound of birds chirping 'tsa tsa' could be heard in the hot season. Then, some wandering Brahmins asked him for the horses to pull the chariot. On a road of many leagues, he was exhausted, with his wife and children, without friends, but delighted in giving, without looking back, he gave all four horses to the Brahmins. Then, the Bodhisattva himself began to pull the chariot, and after preparing well, four young Yakshas transformed into the form of red wild animals, and like well-tamed good horses, they took the yoke of his chariot upon their necks. Seeing this, the unasked one was both pleased and amazed, his eyes widened, and the Bodhisattva said: Where could one suddenly come like this, a forest filled with the roots of loving-kindness, inhabited by the best of wild animals? Look at this forest with its rugged corners, revered, possessing great power, an extraordinary place. The unasked one said: The qualities of the holy ones, even when very familiar, are different. I think this powerful place is your kingdom. The reflections of stars in the lake, the blooming water lilies are even more beautiful, like watching the moonlight, I think everything here is the cause. In this way, they were harmonious with each other, praising each other, and walking on the road. From a pit, a Brahmin appeared and asked the Bodhisattva for the chariot. Having become pleasing due to delighting in begging, I am not attached to wealth, therefore, giving the chariot, he completely fulfilled the Brahmin's wish. Then, the Bodhisattva happily thought, I and my wife and children are on the chariot.
