Today I shall firmly establish the supreme essence, the greatness, of the Tathagata's Shravakas. Today I shall completely fulfill the hope in your heart. Surrounded by five hundred Arhats, he proceeded, and while dwelling in the expanse of the sky, he spoke to the golden youth: In the world, many times, the one with eyes arrives at the end of war, the teacher of gods and humans, the Tathagata will appear. The Dharma that completely eliminates all suffering, whatever excellent Dharma, suffering, the origin of suffering, and the complete cessation of suffering, and the noble eightfold path, the path to peaceful Nirvana. When he teaches this Dharma, with the wisdom that eliminates all suffering, having destroyed ignorance, he will not be reborn again.
