If someone asks, "When rubbing the body with the hand, does one commit a transgression at that time?" This is because of knowing. However, the Blessed One has said that in some cases, doing so constitutes a minor offense. For this reason, I beseech you, please speak truthfully. This is the question. The answer to this is: Considering the reason for rubbing due to damaged bodily organs, it was said that way. Similarly, the text here is: "Venerable, if a monk with damaged bodily organs rubs someone with undamaged bodily organs, what happens?" "It is a minor offense." "Venerable, if a monk with undamaged bodily organs rubs someone with damaged bodily organs, rubs, what happens?" "It is a minor offense." Similarly, the author of the sutra also said that what should be touched is not damaged, and the same applies to rubbing. Or, relying on rubbing with obstacles, it was said that way. Similarly, the text here is: "Venerable, if a monk rubs from a wound, what happens?" "It is a minor offense." Or, because of the reason for rubbing that belongs to a wound, it was said that way. Similarly, the text here is: "Venerable, if a monk rubs from a wound, what happens?" "It is a minor offense." Or, considering rubbing with other parts of the body, it was said that way. The text here is: "Venerable, if a monk rubs with other parts of the body other than the hands, such as the head, shoulder, elbow, knee, heel, shin, ankle, or toe, what happens?" "It is a minor offense." It should be said similarly with teeth, nails, and hair, etc. Or, considering the occurrence of bruises, etc., it was said for that reason, as before. Regarding "not having reached the age of twenty," etc., it refers to how one does not commit a transgression if one receives full ordination before the age of twenty, and striving for that purpose is also permitted. So, what is not fulfilled? The age is not fulfilled.

Thus it is said. How many years? It is said to be twenty. What action does not incur transgression? It is said to be ordination. So, what will happen to the ordination? It is said that striving for that purpose will also be accomplished, etc., in short, it will generate vows. That striving for the purpose means striving for ordination, in short, wanting to be ordained. Moreover, the word "moreover" is Not only the Khenpo etc. do not have transgressions, but it is also thought that those who want to be ordained will also accomplish the vows. The question here is: When ordaining someone who is not yet twenty years old, at that time, the Khenpo etc. do not have transgressions, and the one who wants to be ordained will also accomplish the ordination? In such a case, if ordaining someone who is not yet twenty years old, then the Khenpo will commit a transgression, others will commit a minor offense, and the ordination is considered not to be accomplished. The answer is: That was said assuming that someone who is not yet twenty years old but already married is being ordained. Similarly, the text here is: If a monk ordains a monk who is not yet twenty years old, with the thought that he is not yet twenty years old, then will he not commit a transgression, and will the ordination be accomplished? There are relatives, that is, ordaining someone who is not yet twenty years old but already married. Or, that was said considering someone who thinks he is twenty years old, does not know, does not remember, or doubts. Similarly, the text here is: If a monk ordains a monk who is not yet twenty years old, with the thought that he is not yet twenty years old, then is it called ordination? Except for the two relatives who disagreed from the beginning, the remaining eight are called ordination. The Sutra-maker also thinks that, in this case, another case is thinking that he is already twenty years old.

It is also said that this applies to cases of knowing, not remembering, and being indecisive. Alternatively, it was said in that way considering the circumstances of beginners, etc., just as before. "The mindful one, with the perception of intoxication." Etc., the so-called "perception of intoxication" refers to the perception of thinking, "this will cause intoxication." This is the kind of perception, and this is what is said to someone who has this thought. Drinking grain alcohol and prepared alcohol that cause intoxication is swallowing it down the throat. "Without doubt" means without hesitation in the mind. The thought of questioning this is, if one drinks grain alcohol and prepared alcohol that cause intoxication, will it lead to a transgression? This is certain. However, the Blessed One said that it was a misdeed, so how should this be explained? The answer to this is: it was said in that way considering the drinking of divine alcohol. Similarly, here the text is: "Venerable, is it seen that a monk who drinks alcohol will not incur a transgression?" The attendant Ananda also asked, "If one drinks divine alcohol, what will happen?" The answer is, "It is a misdeed." Alternatively, it was said in that way considering previous instances of defeat, etc., just as before. "The mindful one, at night, with many jewels." Etc., it means that if a mindful one, at night, with many jewels, while staying in the queen's residence, touches the bolt, how can there be no transgression? The reason for mentioning night is because it is forbidden during the day, and it was said to be a misdeed. Jewels refer to gems, etc., for the purpose of lighting and protection, etc. By mentioning jewels, depending on the context, it also includes guarding with knives, lutes, lights, etc., and also includes instruments of play. "Staying" means not collecting them, not taking them away from one's own place. This shows that if one does not truly stay in the queen's residence, then entering that very dangerous place is not appropriate. The bolt is the wood that closes the door of the queen's residence. That is what Indra set up to prevent the Asuras from entering.
