To. Here, the thought of others is that when a monk wears clothes that have been changed in color with three kinds of colored paint, it is clear that there will be no falling. However, the Blessed One said in some ways that it is only a fall, which should be explained why. This is the answer: It is said because of wearing clothes that cannot be dyed and changed color. Similarly, here the text is: Venerable monk, after making the color of the sala bad with any of the three things that make the color bad, will begging be accompanied by falling? The attendant said: Yes. For example, changing color with large pigments. These are large pigments: cinnabar, indigo, madder, vermilion, and saffron, as well as indigo, madder, and madder juice. What would happen if you begged for alms by changing the color with such paints? Will commit mischief. The Sutra maker also said: Here, one should not wear clothes that have been changed in strong colors. Or, considering wearing all blue, yellow, and red clothes, so it is said. Similarly, here the text is: Venerable monk, will begging be accompanied by falling without making the color of the sala bad with any of the three things that make the color bad? The attendant said: Yes. For example, a monk wears all blue or red clothes. The Sutra maker also said that here, wearing all blue clothes will commit mischief. Or, it is said because of wearing unacceptable clothes that have not changed color. Similarly, here the text is: Venerable monk, will begging without making the color of the sala bad with any of the three things that make the color bad not lead to falling? The attendant said: Yes. If you wear unacceptable clothes. These are unacceptable: What would happen if you wear clothes mixed with peacock feathers, black goat wool, deer hair, or unwoven? Will commit mischief. The Sutra maker also said: Here, for the objects of ordination, it is acceptable. Or, for those who have fallen before

It is said that it was spoken in that way because of the reasons, etc., just like before. "If you touch the precious jewel of discipline," etc., means, alas, friend, if the one who holds discipline touches the precious jewel, how is it said to be Sanghavasesa and a grave offense, please tell me quickly. In relation to "touching the precious jewel," the precious jewel is, for the sake of accomplishing happiness, such as jewels, pearls, lapis lazuli, conch shells, stones, corals, silver, gold, the essence of gems, serge, red, and right-handed conch shells, etc. Touching it is the act of touching, that is, there is touching. A grave offense is a gross transgression. In this regard, there is a grave and heavy downfall, because it can only be restored by confessing to a gathering of many monks. Friend, is called by saying "friend." Steady, is steady. In this regard, the meaning is, if a monk touches a precious jewel that belongs to himself and has not been given permission, he will commit a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. If it belongs to another, then touching it will only result in a Pacittiya. This is what you and I both know. However, the Blessed One touches the precious jewel If it is said to be Sanghavasesa and a grave offense, what is the reason for that? This is (the question to be asked). The answer to this is: because it is considering the queen jewel, the householder, the minister, the elephant, and the horse jewel, that is why it is said that way. Similarly, the rule here is: if a venerable monk touches a precious jewel with his own hand, wouldn't he commit a transgression? The attendant has, touching the five precious jewels such as the queen jewel, will commit (the corresponding offense) as it is. If you touch a jewel or a wheel jewel, you will commit a transgression. In this regard, the meaning of as it is, is: if you touch the queen jewel with a universally attached mind, you will commit a Sanghavasesa. If not, then you commit a Dukkhata. If you touch the householder and minister jewel with a mind that is in accordance with desire, then you commit a Thullaccaya. If not, then there is no transgression. Elephant and horse jewel
