From Gandharvas to non-humans, all those mentioned by name, I have seen. They have also seen me. I have also associated with them, so it is said. Samadhi refers to the four dhyanas of the form realm and the four dhyanas of the formless realm, which are the eight worldly dhyanas. Abhijna refers to the five or six superknowledges. Immeasurable refers to the four immeasurables. Srotapanna and other fruits refer to the attainment of the stream-enterer fruit by abandoning the one hundred and eighteen afflictions to be abandoned by seeing the path in the three realms. By eliminating the nine afflictions to be cultivated in the desire realm, eliminating six of them is the once-returner. Eliminating all nine afflictions of the desire realm is the non-returner. Eliminating all the afflictions below the peak of existence is the Arhat. Or, entering the path well means obtaining the eightfold noble path and so on. If one says, "I have attained," it means that if someone claims to have attained extraordinary qualities, but has not actually attained those qualities mentioned above. The so-called "false words about understanding the meaning" refers to the other person being foolish or young, concealing the true understanding, even if the other person understands, or concealing the understanding and expressing it in another way, saying something else. The so-called "obtained excellence" refers to referring to those qualities mentioned above and specifically claiming to have obtained excellent qualities. The so-called "having self-nature" refers to saying that one has become the self-nature with that quality. The so-called "not diminished" means that one has not become forgetful, the mind has not diminished. The so-called "without arrogance" means without manifest arrogance, because one has seen it with one's own eyes in the monastery of practitioners before, so arrogance has not arisen, and if one speaks as below without confidence, there will be faults. If one speaks, one will lose the vows. It means that if one speaks and the other person understands, one will become without discipline. From here onwards, it shows the limbs that will not break the vows. Unless one has obtained excellence, it means that the after-sight and so on mentioned above are seen by relying on samadhi. Obtained excellence and having confidence. If one says so, there is no fault.

The vow will not change. (Tibetan) Other than that, all false words. (Tibetan) It means that, apart from what has been said above, any false words do not need to be seen through meditation, and the vows that can be seen and known will not be broken, and the four root sins will not be committed as a result. Here, too, we distinguish the circumstances under which sins will be committed. More subtle lies than before, such as "I saw meat eaters in the broom," and knowingly telling subtle lies, will be like the sins below. All of these will increase sin. (Tibetan) It means that if you say these words, non-merit will increase, which will lead people to evil paths, but the vows will not be broken as a result. Therefore, one will fall into the lower realms. (Tibetan) It means that knowingly telling lies will cause people to fall from the human realm into the three lower realms below.\\ The following is an explanation of the faults of divisive speech. How can friends be separated? (Tibetan) It means, what method can be used to separate two people who are like-minded and close? He spoke divisive words like the ones below. Do not speak divisive words. (Tibetan) It means that for the sake of hatred, whether it is true or false, do not pass on and tell each other. There are two types of divisive speech: one is to divide out of hatred, and the other is to divide for the sake of helping. Among them, divisive speech for the sake of helping will not be considered a fault. Although these are not the essence of the Bhikshu precepts, when abandoning the faults of language, through the teachings of the Ten Virtuous Actions, it is explained that these faults of language should be abandoned. Idle talk. (Tibetan) This verse explains idle talk, that is, unnecessarily telling stories, jokes, songs, poems, dances, jokes, and Bon teachings, and so on. Do not speak harsh words. (Tibetan) It means, do not say those words that make others feel uncomfortable.\\ The following explains the four behaviors of a Shramana. Having become a Shramana, or having obtained the name of Shramana, one must guard these. Even if others speak ill of you, do not respond with evil words. (Tibetan) It means that even if others insult you with malicious words, such as "eat your father's flesh," etc., do not respond with the same words.
