"Having arisen from the limb" refers to the limb of desire arising from the penis. "Desiring happiness" refers to desiring the happiness of pacifying that desire, and desiring the happiness of feeling joy. "Putting a venomous snake in the mouth" means that without discipline, it is not even permissible to live. Therefore, it is said to reverse the afflictions of desire, so there are two kinds of venomous snakes: the venomous snakes of the three doors (body, speech, and mind). Among them, dying from putting a venomous snake in the mouth is said to be dead but not dead. Being controlled by the venomous snakes of the three doors and breaking the discipline is like being seized by snakes for many lifetimes, and it is said to be truly dead. "Unable to endure on the body" refers to the three austerities of the body, but in this case, it refers to celibacy. In reality, it is better to put a venomous snake in the mouth, but a disciplined person will never engage in impure conduct. "The Perfectly Enlightened One declared" means that thus, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha declared. "Even if killed by a snake" means dying from being put in the mouth of a venomous snake, even if it is death. "It is beneficial to abide in discipline" means that even if one dies from this, the discipline will not be destroyed, because without it, it will not exist, so one is born in the heavens, therefore it is said to be beneficial. "Breaking discipline is suffering" means that it is better to die quickly while abiding in the Dharma. Turning one's back on the Dharma is of no use. Abiding in the Dharma, one obtains the happiness of the thirty-three gods. Separated from the Dharma, one quickly falls into the terror of the lower realms. Like that householder speaking to eighty barbarians, the absence of discipline is suffering, and it becomes an obstacle to Nirvana. Therefore, virtuous deeds without discipline are like a leaky house, or like a piece of firewood burned by fire. "Becoming an obstacle to Nirvana" means that if discipline is broken, not only will one fall into the lower realms, but it will also cut off the path to Nirvana. This is also called non-celibacy for all the branches of samsara. In short, it is said only as a method for purifying the mind.

How is it? If the body cannot be examined, then the mind will not speculate too much. Up to this point, the explanation of non-celibacy is finished. Now, lying is explained. If one possesses five limbs, one is defeated. What are the five? They are the Dharma of the Lama, changing one's perception, speaking it out oneself, possessing the statement "I have attained it," and others understanding the meaning. If one possesses these five limbs, from saying that one has attained meditation, supernormal powers, the four fruits of a Shramana, etc., to saying that one has seen gods and nagas, etc., one will be defeated. If one does not possess one of the limbs, one will commit a minor offense. The first enactment was when the Buddha was residing in the Light Grove near the city of Vaishali. Five hundred fishermen were disgusted by the Tathagata's explanation of the ripening of aquatic fish, and five hundred monks became monks. At that time, there was a great famine, and they enacted the rule of begging for alms near the villages of fishermen, and they enacted the rule of praising each other without merit. The so-called "all the gods speak" means talking with the gods and talking like friends and living happily together, etc. The so-called "Where I am, the gods come" means saying, "Where I am, the gods will come." The so-called "seeing and" means that I see the gods and the gods see me. The so-called "its sound" means that one person's voice is heard by another. The so-called "what has become heard" means that I hear what the gods say, and the gods hear my voice. The so-called "I also go to them" means saying, "I am going to the gods." The so-called "like that" means like I see the gods, the so-called "speaking with them" means speaking like talking together. The so-called "Gandharva" means that it is changed by asking, so it is called Gandharva. The so-called "Kumbhanda" means a hungry ghost with a big belly. The so-called "Naga" means the king of animals. The so-called "Yakshas" means that Yakshas take away color and luster. The so-called "large belly walker" means walking on the belly like a snake. The so-called "flesh-eating hungry ghost" means actually devouring. The so-called "non-human" means a human body with a horse's head. The so-called "seeing" and so on, that's what it means.
