Do not impose heavy burdens on those who uphold the precepts. The burden of an ordinary person is heavy, so do not impose it on those who uphold the precepts. Do not always use the shoulders and waist. Light is half of what was mentioned before, and the waist is the waist itself. Do not bend, separate, or cover, nor should you squat. It means that gathering the legs under the chair is bending, separating is separating the legs, and you should not sit with your legs stretched out. Do not sit with the end of the skirt tucked inside, nor should you expose the lower body, but rather sit covered. Or, squatting, it is not that you can only sit squatting. All of the things mentioned before should be specifically understood as being in the home, and in other places, you should also follow these. Therefore, there is no need to say more. It is like the conduct of studying the scriptures. It means that you should think that any conduct mentioned in the Vinaya Pitaka can be done. Because these permissible conducts that have just been mentioned are examples, you should also understand not to shake hands with others, etc. This is its meaning. "And" is used to connect. In the tenth training, if evil thoughts arise, or in other cases, if the ritual is violated, know that it will be a mental offense. For example, if you want to return, go half a yojana. If not, do not go five bows. And so on. And in these four cases, such as belonging to the aspect of going against the appearance of a householder, if you violate the ritual and the behavior is very famous, you will commit a mental offense. Belonging to the aspect of going against the appearance of a householder again, that is, the eleventh training. Because it is said that after completely abandoning the appearance of a householder, one will correctly take the appearance of a renunciate. From "Starting with the vow of the attire of the precept holder," etc., it speaks of the opposite aspects related to this. The object of the precept holder is the renunciate who holds the precepts.

The attire is a sign. That which is promised and manifestly promised is from speaking and saying, that is, for the sake of saying "receiving the complete sign of renunciation." The opposing aspect to this is to be abandoned. That which is called "the attire promised by the one with vows, whatever is contrary to it, whatever is similar to the aspects of which, and follows, therefore the faults arising from those, are called: That should be abandoned by the novice. For example, holding the banner of the heretics, etc. These are explained by these. The heretics, that is, the banner of the renunciates of the outsiders, the signs such as khatika, holding those. The sound of 'ni' is the meaning of 'because,' that is, because those are the manner of the banner of the heretics, therefore holding those is to be abandoned. Similarly, everything should be stated. The sound of 'for example' is the meaning of near indication. The object of nakedness is nakedness itself. Similarly, because the head is shaved, it is shaving. Because it is the very near taking. Eating with the hand as a container is eating with the hand, that is, shaving and eating with the hand, etc., is a collection of the same kind that is mainly assembled. Rock, that is, offering from the rock mountain. Saying rock is to approximate the representation of jumping into a puddle, etc. Facing the sun is to sit facing the sun, making the body scorched, it should be known. Similarly, serving the five fires, etc., should be abandoned. In that, the five fires are the fires of the four directions, and the sun from above, called five people, that is, entering into the middle of those and serving, it is called that. The sound of 'etc.' is to take in entering fire and water, etc., those are to be abandoned. 'Ni' is the meaning of summarizing each and every thing. Sputum, etc., after hinting with a snap of the fingers. Called "sputum, etc., after snapping the fingers," for those that should be thrown below, not above, for the sake of abandoning the fault of returning. The sound of 'etc.' includes urination, etc. Where to throw
