Therefore, whatever belongs to the aspects of song and dance, it will cause joy in the mind. If one indulges in playing and frolicking by the water, this is what is called "playing in the water." The word "etcetera" includes victory etcetera. "Water drum" refers to striking the surface of the water. Similarly, diving into the water like a fish is to submerge oneself under the water. Similarly, "long journey" refers to sinking into the water and proceeding like a shell. Appearing refers to emerging from under the water to the surface. Similarly, jumping and running are jumping and running, and whatever belongs to these is called that. Jumping includes leaping etcetera. Mentioning "etcetera" includes lifting the feet and walking, or walking with legs spread apart. If all these are for the sake of playing, then they should be prohibited. In order to explain that these are to counteract transgressions, so they will not cause transgressions to wind etcetera, therefore playing is mentioned. Teeth are revealed and the voice is loud, A renunciate should not laugh loudly nor converse. It means that revealing the teeth refers to being very obvious, a renunciate should not laugh loudly nor converse. Similarly, "loud voice" is to explain that one should not make a loud noise as just mentioned. "And" is for connecting. Having said "loud voice," there is no fault in laughing a little, because the sutra also says "a bright face, a smile in front" etcetera, so do not open your mouth wide. If you open your mouth, what should you do? If you yawn, you can cover your mouth with your hand or the edge of your monastic robe, meaning that you should cover your mouth well with your hand or the unclean corner of your robe, and then yawn. However, if in some cases it is not possible due to other reasons, then there is no fault. "And" is for connecting unmentioned situations, such as opening your mouth to drink water etcetera. The special circumstances of the aforementioned appearing etcetera are for the sake of a doctor's advice or for the purpose of learning. It mentions "for the sake of a doctor's advice or for the purpose of learning" etcetera, for the benefit of the patient, according to the doctor's advice,

There is no fault in appearing in a certain place, etc. It should be said that only the doctor's Luang is guilty to the victor. Or for the sake of learning, there is no fault in swimming in a secluded place. The sound of Atai means "or". Where there are caves where women work, they should be avoided from afar. It means that where women bathe, where things are done, where elephants and other animals bathe or drink water, they should be avoided from afar. In order to completely destroy the cause of greed, and to completely avoid all disputes, it is necessary to know that there is such a need. In the precepts of the novice monk, returning from dancing etc. is the sixth precept. Now, starting from "fragrant oil or flower garland is also acceptable", the seventh precept is explained. Applying sandalwood and other fragrances to the body is fragrant oil. If a novice monk possesses it, the foolish person will be troubled by evil deeds. Similarly, a flower garland, if worn on the head or neck, will also be troubled by evil deeds. A flower garland only slightly symbolizes flowers. Like this, wearing saffron and other colors on the body will also be troubled. Where? It is said on the body. What is the difference? The meaning of "vessel of impurity" is that impurity is unclean, and becoming its container is what it means. Trouble means complete trouble. "Only" means only being troubled by the sin of evil deeds, clearly distinguishing it from other levels. Here it is said that a novice monk will commit the sin of evil deeds. Similarly, "cleansing agent and incense for Dharma robes", etc., incense is used to fumigate cleansing agents and Dharma robes, nails are trimmed with a nail file, eye medicine, lips are painted red, and up to the blind girl, it is all above.

Using alkaline soil to scrub and purify without stain, etc., all such actions will lead to transgression. If everything is like that? Answer: When there is no scabies. If there is scabies at that time, there will be no transgression. The so-called "purification" refers to using fragrant substances for purification and wearing them on the head. Furthermore, using fragrance to fumigate religious robes, and trimming nails, refers to doing so with the intention of showing off, not for the purpose of removing dirt. In addition, making the lips red is done with lipstick, etc. Scabies refers to symbolizing faults such as words, wind, and blood. There is no fault below the knees. The so-called "transgression itself" means that it is neither remaining nor arbitrary, because it has been said so. Because it is the very transgression that has been prescribed, applying fragrance will lead to transgression, even so, the monk should live in seclusion and apply sandalwood, etc., for the benefit of the illness. Why? Because decoration will cause the world to disbelieve, that is, it will cause the world to disbelieve, so it should be abandoned. If such a thing is seen, there will be disbelief, that is, non-belief will arise, therefore it should be completely abandoned. When approaching to teach the Dharma, etc., if the benefactor gives fragrance, what should be done? It is mentioned, "If believers apply fragrance to the feet," etc. If a believing layperson applies fragrance to the feet, the one who holds vows should wash it off after teaching the Dharma. When? Answer: When the benefactor does not see it. The word "ni" is to distinguish it from the previous one. Similarly, fragrant flowers offered by believers are excellent, that is, renunciates should wear them. After doing what? Answer: It is said to be beneficial to the eyes. All fragrant flowers are beneficial to the eyes, which refers to generally speaking. Wisdom of attachment refers to the mind of attachment, which will lead to a minor transgression. Now distinguish the situations of fragrance, etc. Like this, etc., is to express arbitrariness, that is, anything belonging to the aspect of fragrance, etc.
