That is how it is summarized. Similarly, the orders of the Khenpo, Acharya, and King should be listened to. Whether it is like that, or whether those words are in accordance with discipline, or not, should be examined. How should that be done? The answer is, if it is reasonable, then listen, and it should be said that it is in accordance with discipline. If, upon examination, it is found not to be in accordance with discipline, or to be contrary to discipline, then one should signal, and one should fully give an unreasonable and inappropriate answer, doing nothing to speak, and one should not answer any contrary words. Similarly, the orders of the elders of the Sangha should also be listened to. Speaking of the elders of the Sangha, it also includes the Sangha, and it also includes the disciplinarian appointed by the Sangha. If the Buddha, the Bhagavan, is manifest, then it should not be examined, but if it is hidden, then it should be distinguished by other precepts, and if it is unanimously permitted, then one should strive to do it, and if it is different, then one should signal to the speaker as before. Here, the term "lama" refers to the Acharya, because the Khenpo has already been clearly stated. The king refers to the lord of beings. And, it is used to summarize. Similarly, regarding "uttering ghost sounds and evil words to beings," etc., one should not intimidate oneself, nor should others intimidate. In what way? The answer is, the sound of a ghost is a ghost sound, and an evil word similar to the sound of a ghost is a kind of sound, that is, a ghost sound and an evil word. For example, entering a dark place, in order to cause fear in others, one should not make a sound similar to a ghost sound, and teeth similar to grinding teeth are grinding teeth, which means having deformed teeth. Speaking of unpleasant shapes, and speaking and proclaiming, in order to cause fear in others, the shape of a ghost that has become like that, and the sound of "you will be eaten," those are ghost sounds and evil words, and the meaning of "speaking unpleasantly with grinding teeth." Whether all the ways

If someone asks, "Does everything become a fault?" If it is done for benefit, there is no fault. Having said this, reciting ghost languages, etc., if done for the sake of benefit, then if a ghost becomes like this, it will dwell in different places and will eat those harmed by laziness; this is for the sake of correctly understanding the meaning. Considering the result, there is no fault in expressing the method. This itself is the way of generating fear, so it belongs to the category of killing. Taking "it is the nature of words" as a premise, it is quoted here. Similarly, establishing oaths and vows, refraining from speech, etc., these are not allowed. Establishing oaths means establishing with oaths, etc., and it is ascertained by oaths, etc. For example, if it becomes like this, it is mine; please point it out. A vow is to make a vow. For example, touching so-and-so's feet, etc. Refraining from speech means completely abstaining from speaking or making a vow to a chosen deity. Entering with refraining from speech means taking vows of silence, etc.; all of these are not allowed. Because for renunciants, these are not proper. Establishing oaths is spoken according to the customs of householders. Because one is a renunciant, taking vows is improper. Those who hold vows lie, proving that they speak the truth through the means of taking vows. Refraining from speech is the emblem of non-Buddhists, so it should be abandoned. If one has entered the path, what should be done? Things that should not be spoken should remain unspoken. Do not speak ill of women, etc. Talk of women's homelands, mothers, food, etc., is in accordance with desire, so do not speak of it. Do not speak in accordance with sadness either; therefore, the words of bad speech are spoken. The word "etc." is to include all similar kinds. The word "again" is to complete the words. When resting in some places such as roads, one should respectfully and devoutly recite the verses of the Buddha, the Bhagavan. The gathering of the three continuums is the continuum.
