Therefore, in terms of the meaning of "is." It should be known that, as just mentioned, even minor faults will be reduced. Similarly, accusing others should also be like that, which is a general statement, using this as an example for those. Just like this, if considering oneself, and speaking of the common, noble Dharma in the name of others, then the fault will be reduced, because as just mentioned, the word "I" was not spoken. If the word "I" is spoken, what will happen? It is said, "If it has the word 'I,' it will become fundamental." Because it is made clear by accusing others, so that is oneself, and whatever words have the ability to prove oneself and conform to it, that is what it is called. Therefore, if spoken with that word, it will become fundamental. The word "is" is used to distinguish it from the previous one. Similarly, accusing others should also be referred to others. In order to show that the same meaning is being spoken, it is said, "How does it become the same sound," and so on. The same is also that, and the sound is also that, so it is the sound that has become the same. Which sounds are the same but have different meanings? For example, the word "fruit" can refer to the fruit of a practitioner or the fruit of a mango. Similarly, it should also be referred to others. Or, in which thing there is such a similar sound and meaning, that is what has the sound that has become the same. Therefore, the phrase "from saying that and oneself are completely in accordance" should be added, because it has already been said that the same sound has the noble Dharma. The word "and" is like the "how" mentioned earlier, and here it also plays a summarizing role. Examples are given with "Abiding in the training, do I say I am learning?" and so on. The training is the conduct, up to abiding in the precepts. There, thinking is contemplation. There, "considering the training" means through the way of contemplating all actions, that is, through contemplation. It is said, "I say I am learning," because except for the final noble one, the others are called the seven learners, because they are learning to abandon all that should be abandoned.
